Would definitely recommend! So I came here unexpectedly after visiting Public Storage down the road and having a horrible experience. I showed up to Public Storage with a large U-Haul packed to the brim with my stuff, trying to get a storage unit. I have never cared for Public Storage, but I already had one storage unit there so I thought it made sense to get a second one there. However, the experience was so bad, where the employees were so rude and off-putting, I just drove off in search of the nearest storage unit. After googling the nearest one and calling, I came to Extra Space. Boy what a difference! When I arrived, Robert was driving up and down the property to make sure everything was secure. He promptly greeted my daughter and I and offered us water as it was scorching outside. He was beyond sweet and professional. I arrived hot, sweating and irritated by my experience with Public Storage, and that quickly dissipated with Roberts great customer service. The whole process was made quick and efficient by Robert and within 20 minutes, I was at my new unit and unpacking the U-haul. The property was clean and well maintained. Robert took the time to explain their pest control system to me, which I appreciated. I looked around and never saw even one bug. I also thought that the magnetic doors they have so that you dont have to hold the door while trying to move was genius! Overall, I was extremely impressed with the property, how it is run and mostly Robert and how warm and professional he was. He is a gem and was the deciding factor in my deciding to rent a storage unit with them. I would definitely recommended Extra Space Storage to everyone!

Assistant Manager was very helpful. He explained all details and got me set up quickly. (He had a computer glitch which he overcame before I left the site.) He followed up with a call and several emails. The locker was dark (I chose one that was not climate controlled) and I decided to bring a lantern for the second visit. The lights are motion controlled in the hallways and cut off after about 10 minutes. I had to go out to the area where the senser was installed to get them back on (which was annoying). I selected a 4x10 locker which was quite adequate for my use. I had about 20 small boxes and did not stack any (all contained business papers). I will have about 10 more boxes to store and will be able to allow walk space to get to all. Were it not for the lighting issue, I would have given the location a 5-star rating.

I got my storage last month. First, the manager Ashley had called me to confirm if I was still interested in the storage. She was very pleasant and told me if I had any more questions feel to call her and she would be more than happy to answer them. When I did go to purchase my storage Randy was working. He was a delight, I have not come across a employee in a long time that was genuinely nice. He had a great personality and was helpful in showing me different units. Ashley and Randy were very nice and made you feel welcome, I hope Extra Storage appreciate them as they have wonderful employees.

Ashley and Robert are awesome. They care about your needs and are very patient. I didnt know exactly what unit was best for me or the options that were available. The two of them greeted me when I walked in and went above and beyond to help me figure out what worked best for me. I can tell they enjoy their jobs. They worked as a team to help asses my needs. I love this particular store. Definitely one the better Storage stores Ive come across and I will definitely be referring Extra space to others! Thanks guys!

We checked out many in this area and found this particular branch to be the most professional, safest, most secure, and hospitable or any we visited. Staff is professional and courteous. Site is secure and safe. I dont have any doubts about my stuff and even feel comfortable with my wife going by the unit after dark! The units are clean and well maintained. I am very impressed and have already recommended this facility to my family and friends. I would also recommend it to you.

Great location to The Woodlands area where parents were moving to. Traffic on feeder made getting the moving van in and out of the property a bit rough, but that had nothing to do with the site. Staff was always very helpful and cheerful, move in was a breeze, and after long drive, the clean restroom in the office was most welcomed. Place is well maintained and extremely clean. Highly recommend. -JM

Doris, Jack, and their staff work with Fed-Ex, UPS, and freight drivers on my behalf with all product delivered directly to my storage unit. They are so very kind and helpful and I very much appreciate how they go above and beyond my expectations. Extra Space is the place that meets all of my storage needs!!

Wow this was a pleasure to get a storage unit at the Extra Space Storage on rayford and sawdust I was alittle late and Robert was the best!!!! Received very fast reservation on short notice and the unit was very accessible with large truck. Called customer service during after-hours after my lock broke and left a message and they responded promptly the following day. Im extremely pleased with my experience and recommend this storage facility.

We were moving to Texas and when we got to another storage facility, we found that they were no longer holding our reservation. We drove into this facility in a panic, at 5 minutes before closing, Kevin and Jack greeted us and got us in to a perfect unit immediately. They are the best! Thanks guys!

I had used Extra Space before and was completely satisfied with my experience, from start to finish. Here it is 2 years later, the sales staff were not the same but my initial experience was the same as before; great! Unit is clean and exactly what I needed and at a good price. Couldnt be better.

The website said 1st month free, signs out side by highway said 1st month yet it was not 1st month free. They only had 1 unit that they said was 1/2 off. Complete false advertising. If they had not advertised free rent I would not of expected it.
