Horrible Service, to make this brief, I ordered two 45foot rental on a Tuesday. Called to confirm it on a Friday. The guy who answered the phone said it was will be dropped off(rudely). He didnt even ask for my name or anything. When I asked him this, he didnt even ask me to hold just jump off the line. So he get back on the line and says yes. Then I asked for the manager and he said may he ask why. I told him yes I need to speak with a manager. Then the Rental day came. 1st off they were late. Then one of them wasnt working. We called them to let them know and they was worried about there noon closing more then taking care of us. He argued with me and was condescending. He also stated it was user era and that there equipment is always checked. Long story short I hope to speak with upper management or the owner to see if this works itself out. Its one thing to drop the ball its something else to intentionally being ugly to a customer. Danny

i was given a concrete pouring trailer that was did not work as advertised when i used the jack on the front to pour the concrete it did not pour so i had to get a shovel and scrape it out and that is what i paid to not have to do and on top of that when they mixed the concrete in the trailer they mixed it too dry so the concrete stuck to the bottom of the trailer and when all that was said and done i go to return the trailer and they make ME get in the trailer and try to scrape out the dry concrete that they caused and when i could not get it out they charged me 180 dollars to clean it so today i spent 1000 dollars to get a 12 by 30 slab of concrete and still did not get all of it poured because i lost 25% of it stuck to the trailer because THEY mixed it too dry so overall they offer poor service poorly designed machines and high prices and hidden charges my advice is to spend your money somewhere that can give you what you paid for.

I have decided to discontinue my business with Aztec on 34th street due to the following reasons. In December 2011 I rented a post hole digger. My employee returned the post hole the following day. I returned to Aztec to rent a chain saw and was told by the sales person that I owed for replacement of the post hole. When I informed the salesperson that my employee had already returned it I was told I would be charged for this item. Aparently there is a paper that accompanies this item and it is required when returning rentals. This information was not communicated to my employee. When I tried to explain to the manager that I did not owe anything and that the item had been returned, he was very unprofessional and began cursing at me. He told me he did not need my business. So afer 30 years, I have taken my business elsewhere. I would recommned that you NOT do business with this company.

I usually do research on companies I havent been to before, but since I was referred I didnt this time. Big mistake on my part! I rented a machine that quit working within one hour so I had to rent another one from Home Depot. Problem is Aztec would not give me a full refund on a machine that broke down. After they hit it with a hammer it started up again. They shouldnt have given me a machine that needs to be hit a hammer for it to work! I expect to have some issues with rentals not working properly, but I never expected to not receive a full refund. The machine from Home Depot worked perfect and they have great customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM AZTEC!!

JR, Manager said "I dont care about the internet or the people on it." Horrible customer service. Deliver personnel are decent folks. Its sad when a business doesnt understand the importance of knowing their customers, being able to schedule work, or providing good customer service. Instead of listening to my complaints when I asked for a manager, JR proceeded to tell me how I didnt know anything about their business and was just 1 of 17,000 customers.... i.e. my business didnt matter. Your business wont matter either so I suggest you find a more reputable company to work with that values customer service.

These people are liars, told me they dont reserve equipment. And that its first come first serve, when i tried to rent a roller they reserved it for someone else. I called them out on it, and then they conveniently changed there rental policy So i couldnt rent the equipment Dont waste your time or money with these jerks

This people is so unprofessional and they suck at customer service! I rented an lift from them a couple of times and both times was defective. Their equipment its in such a poor shape and they are extremely rude when you have a complaint. I will never do business with them again and it looks like Im not the only one!

Aztec is great. I walked in to rent a pressure washer a few months ago. They were extremely busy, but Kyle went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed to get the job done. It ended up being cheaper than another place I had tried too. All said and done they will certainly get my business again!

To start. Good equipment. Good crew members. But..Go to rent as I normally use Aztec bissonet. Some confusion when renting and my request but the management made all right. Ill be back if equipment needed in the area again.

Ive rented equipment from this location multiple times. On one occasion the machine rented had some issues. A technician was sent out onsite and resolved the issue. Good equipment, fair price, great customer service.
