I moved to the area in April and had been using a different storage group for the past 5 years. I noticed that a CubeSmart was close to my new residence and decided to check it out. I was initially impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of the woman that helped me. Her name was Theresa. I decided to change my loyalty from the other group based on my experience with her. A couple of weeks later after arriving with my items I discovered I needed a larger unit than I had originally reserved. The upgrade was a breeze and immediate with no issues whatsoever! The property is always spotless, well lit, and carts always right inside the door plus the location is ideal! I stopped by today and happened to meet the other manager named Charles and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to switch to this CubeSmart... Thanks!

I was renting a unit from a competitor in my area when all of a sudden I was forced to move out by the owner. Thats when I found Theresa and Charles at Cubesmart and It couldnt have been a more perfect coincidence. Theresa and Charles are a huge asset to the Cubesmart corporation. They are courteous, professional, sincere and all around great people. I work from my storage unit consistently and I have to say my work life has been a lot easier since I have been renting from Cubesmart.

Teresa and Charles at store #6877 are wonderful property managers. They were wonderful during a difficult time when I had to handle my dads storage unit after he passed away. They were accommodating, helpful, and always pleasant. I even got a Cubesmart storage unit in my hometown because of my positive experience with this location.
