Stay away if you can! These people dont send you a bill so you have no idea what you owe and when. As I do all of my billing automated or online and never got a bill, I was late on one payment. I called to pay it as soon as I was notified and got a very rude person that talked to me like I was 5 years old. I explained that I was no longer going to need the space but definitely wanted to pay what I owed them. Unfortunately, he advised that I would have to pay them another month in order to get my belongings out because they had double locked it when my payment had not been received. Legally, they can keep a lock on until a debt is paid; however, charging another month in advance is not legal in any way! I advised that I would remove my few boxes before the day up as technically I had until midnight to pay for another month if I needed it. This man advised that he would keep the lock on until I paid him another month, regardless of whether I needed the space or not. He tried to tell me it was in the contract but it most definitely is NOT! I explained that legally they had to take this off once I paid them what was owed (only one payment) but was advised "rules change after we put the lock on it". They are self owned and make up whatever rules they please so watch out! They obviously cut cost anyway they can and advise that they dont have enough "time" to send out an email to people they do business with. I specifically asked about the billing when I rented the unit and was assured they would send a bill through email. They are building a new storage across the road and hopefully they will put these people out of business! Wouldnt recommend doing business with them at all!

Totally unprofessional, they had 1 price on line, I called 2 confirmed the price with front desk that was seen online she said it was accurate. When I arrived 2 purchase my unit. They totally changed the price they had online and the confirmed price by $25 a month, and would not honor the original price saying that it was the price from years ago and that they just forgot 2 update it. I really thought that was so unprofessional being that the mistake made was not on my end, they were advertising the wrong price.

We have rented a unit from All Purpose Storage for about 2.5 years. They have been affordable and their facility very clean and always secure. We definitely recommend using them. Super convenient location for Spring residents.

Back area has a flooding / water retention problem. Staff are really nice. Gates are code entry, but only after office hours. Camera surveillance is actually recorded for extra security.
