The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Blenda helped me prepare for receiving contents of a storage unit I’m having shipped from Arizona to Houston. It was a very pleasant experience to reserve a unit, which was done online. The unit was ready as promised without surprises. The paper work was straightforward and quick. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I have dealt with storage units in various cities, including different states. It is refreshing to have a customer-orientated service in regards to rental facilities. Proguard self-storage at Bellaire/Meyerland rates “Five-Stars” in my book.

I just visted this property a couple days ago, I have a daughter that is graduation from collage in May 2010. We went and took a tour of the property, this is what you call the best in Houston. The Manager gave my husband and I a personal tour of this property. Super clean, we rented a storage with them.THEY DO HAVE GREAT DEALS HERE! Thanks, for the great customer service.

Ive used several different Houston self storage facilities, and Proguard Storage is the one Ill be coming back to, mostly because it didnt feel like a storage facility — it was clean and felt totally safe, even when I went there at night. Another perk: self storage packing supplies on site. Because, haha, I always manage to forget tape/boxes/something.

My husband and I currently have 2 storage rooms at Proguard. Always clean and neat!! We love the music playing when we go to our units!! The staff is friendly and the location is wonderful!! We give it an enthusiastic 10!!

This is one of the cleaniest and safest storage facilities I have ever seen! The location off Braeswood is ver well maintained and the staff is wonderful. I would suggest this company and location.

Access hours were adequate. Unit was clean and in good condition. Unit was too expensive. In $/sf, the storage at this facility was more expensive than my house!!!

Hassle free experience. First floor units are hard to come by, so make sure you know what you are getting into if you have to use the elevators.
