GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Apparently there is new management here and the manager Bobby is SO RUDE!! Hes trying to enforce his rules on existing contracts that were never informed of HIS new rules!! I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a rude manager of a storage unit before! Just pathetic! This is the FIRST storage facility weve used that MAKE YOU PAY A FULL MONTH, JUST TO MOVE OUT!! This is not something that was told to us before moving in! We would have went somewhere else had we been told that from the beginning!! Then to reach someone in the office takes days! They NEVER answer the phone in the office. Always having to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback! So now they get to hold your stuff hostage, because of the ignorance of making people pay a full month, just to move out the first week of the month! Then the attitudes.... The man I spoke with today hung up on me, because I told him how ignorant that is charging someone a full month of a service they wont even be using! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! They dont care about their customers!!

I NEVER do reviews but this time I feel it was necessary! Do not use this facility! If I could rate zero stars I would do so. The new management has horrible customer service! They will tell you one thing and do another. I agree with previous customer who gave 1 star. Whatever you do ...DO NOT AUTOPAY!!! They are like a group of thieves!!

We love Mr Bobby the new management. He"s trying to run a business and maintain a professional images in a ghetto neighborhood corner property. Mr Bobby is cool and very helpful and straight forward. And that is all one can ask of a property manager. And He"s is not your daddy or your boss.just a professional property mgmt.
