Let me say up front that the manager, Connie, at this location is GREAT. It all goes down hill after that. Stored here for 8 years, and only Connie, the proximity to our home and the hassles of moving have kept us here till now, but that may change. The owners are totally unresponsive. Numerous times we have paid a visit to find the AC not working, once it was leaking water so bad it was running into the unit two doors down from us - anything not waterproof on the floor Im sure was ruined. Last fall it was out again. We reported it as usual, and then found it out again after the holidays in January. Connie told us repairs were never approved since "winter was coming." I emailed Watson Taylor and said such a policy was unacceptable, that we stored things here instead of our garage because we REQUIRED AC for decorations, candles, etc. - no response. As summer approached still no AC, so I emailed again - no response. Then lo and behold we were invited to give this review. I emailed AND wrote a letter that as much as I would like the $20 credit, Watson Taylor probably would not want my review at this time and gave them a chance to finally respond. Not only was I paying for a unit with AC that had none, in researching the address online in order to mail a complaint I found out that the rate for my unit, which increased after Watson Taylor took over in 2011, was still listed online at my old, original pricing. I had been overcharged for over a year AND had no AC half of that time. Their response to my e-mail and letter? Nothing again. I talked to Connie again about 2 weeks ago. Turns out without fanfare or notice, they credited me last months rent, no notice, no explanation for their lack of response over the last year, no apology. I told Connie that wasnt good enough. I asked her to relay that I wanted my old rate back, the one currently published online. Their response? You guessed it, NOTHING over the last 10 days. This is a Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act violation just waiting for litigation. Im searching other storage sites.

Weve stored at this location for a number of years now. Weve had our complaints: inefficient summer air temps and break-downs of airconditioner (unresolved until the following summer), cat poo at the entry doors left by local feral cats, raise of rent without proper notification, and in general poor management - all very frustrating and disappointing; however, the most recent onsite manager is the best! She followed through in personally handling the rent increase in a professional manner, the cat poo is gone (I think the cats are gone!), and I can now recommend this storage location - all is in order, and the standards seem to be better than we first moved in.

I have rented twice now from this facility and the manager that runs it is awesome. She was very helpful in determining the best storage unit for my needs. The storage facility is easy to find and the security measures are state of the art. Their security cameras and electronic entry code gate helped to make me comfortable storing my valuables. I would highly suggest renting from this place.

The employees at this business are rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no customer service skills. There is a female employed there no sure of name but she feels like she works for a COLLECTION AGENCY because her tone, and lack of personality, and just being rude is uncalled for, maybe they need to offer some customer skills classes when you are hired there.
