Have had my trailer here for over 3 years. My CC expired and I did not auto update the expiration date. "Kathy", who is quite rude, charged me a late fee when they contacted me 7 days after the fact Poor customer service. Its only $10 but the fact that she was an ass about it is why I am writing this. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Easiest and fastest uhual rental I have ever had. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will always try to use this facility first next time I need a truck!!!

Dropped off a trailer. I did have to uncouple the trailer myself, however this was no problem. They were fast+efficient and I was out of there in 5 min, which was nice because I was on my lunch hour.
