I could not get the pilot lit on my water heater so I had two techs come look at the unit. I was told I needed a new pilot assembly and then was told that nobody sold that part and needed to replace the entire unit and was offered a unit that would cost me a little over $1600. I figured it was a bad connection with the igniter because I only got a spark once out of the fifty times I tried to light the pilot. The unit was not even taken apart to see if there was any corrosion keeping the igniter from sparking. I was kinda dumbfounded when told I needed a new pilot assembly since nothing was truly inspected other than looking at it from the outside. My water unit is the model where it is completely sealed. Anyways, I decided to get another opinion. The contractor came out and took the unit apart and checked everything and came to the assumption that it was not the igniter nor the assembly. Fifteen minutes later he tells me he got it working and that there was just air in the gas line. I would have been livid had I replaced the entire unit. $1600 vs a service fee?? Thankfully a different company actually took them time to inspect my unit and didnt just want to sell me something I didnt even need!

I recently called Plumb Right to repair water pipes under my foundation, which ruptured after leveling the foundation. I sustained water damage to bedroom carpet before I realized the pipes were broken. I turned the water off and telephoned several plumbing companies. Since the incident occurred on a Friday, I had difficulty locating anyone that would come to my home, until I contacted Plumb Right. The receptionist was very understanding, and made sure that a tech; along with a plumber, was sent to my location that very day to assess the problem. Furthermore, they returned the next day (Saturday) and completed the work, which involved tunneling under the foundation to repair the pipes. Moreover, they located and repaired additional items that were in poor condition. Additionally, the cost to make the necessary repairs was very reasonable. You can believe it when I tell you that I will always contact Plumb Right for any future repairs to my plumbing needs. Thanks again to all the employees of Plumb Right for a very professional and caring attitude.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Technician came out and over quoted job. Management did make right and conducted other work to offset overage, but there is when the trouble began. Technician replaced a T under the sink only for it to leak. Technician came out after I noticed the leak and tightened up connection and blamed the garbage disposal vibration for the leak, granted no leak was present until the T was replaced. To make things even better that technician didnt clean up the water under the sink leaving it to me to clean up his screw up, stating his wet/dry vac just broke. Fast forward guess what happened again, yes the T is leaking again. I called last week, they gave me a time window, guess who is a no call/no show.. Yes the technician. Now I cant get them to return my calls, but luckily for now they are still answering mine. I would never do business with them again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. And this is a scaled down version of my experience, but hopes this can help someone make a better plumbing choice.

I called Plumb Right after a bad experience with a "referred licensed plumber who does a lot of work in the Memorial area". I had a broken gas pipe in where else the Memorial area. The Memorial plumber took me to the cleaners while never responding to my calls or supplying me with next step proposals. I was basically babysitting and a sitting duck. After finally receiving my astronomical next step Proposal, I decided to requote with some other licensed plumbers. Mark at Plumb Right returned my call personally. He personnally came to the appointments with the crew and walked me through the entire scenerio. He gave me his best quote upfront. Most important is the honesty he supplied. Mark and his crew completed the work "timely" never leaving me hanging like the other "referred licensed Memorial area plumber"!! Mark has my vote for top notch customer service and honesty. I will not only use him again but refer him to all my friends.

I have know mark for years. His service has always been top notch. The most recent work he has done on my home was to replace two 40 gallon water heaters in series in the attic of a two story home. I was very worried about cost and potential damage to my home, but his men showed up looking, clean, professional and ready to work. They layed drop cloths down and vacuumed up all insulation when they finished and left the place looking better than it did before. The water heaters themselves looked fantastic with brand new supply lines and he even replaced my water and gas valves for free. If you need quality plumbers who know what they are doing and take their time, and who care about pleasing the customer versus getting home by 5 theres no one better in the cypress/Houston area.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. We will certainly be using this company for any plumbing services we need, and will be recommending them to our friends in the area. Thanks again Frank and Plumb Right!

Same day service and Honest, after doing some digging to find the main water pipeline for a sprinkler system, my husband was concerned there was a leak from under the foundation. John came out and performed a number of checks/tests to diagnose the problem. After completion, John let us know that it was not a leak (just collection of runoff water from earlier storm). John was very friendly and professional. We felt bad for wasting his time but he assured us it was fine and to let them know if we have any problems in the future. We will be sure to contact Plumb Right for our next plumbing need.

I am very happy with the level of service, the cost, and professionalism of the technician, Charles, that came out. I expected a major up charge since it was a Saturday, but there was not one. They were able to repair a pipe I damaged and remove and replace a bathtub/shower valve in under 3 hours. I was very happy there was no hard sell for addtional services or work and once completed, Charles showed and explained to me what work had been done and advised me on some DIY things I could before I have drywall reinstalled.
