Whether I am at home or at my business, I use Graham Plumbing Services for my plumbing issues . These guys are professional, arrive when the say they will and I am amazed how quick they are in and out fixing my problems. I have used them several times at my house for minor problems and also a full bathroom remodel. All I can say is I love my new bathroom more than you can imagine - Just ask Brian about upgrading your bathroom -His passion is making amazing spaces that you would never imagine out of your existing room. I also used Graham plumbing when building a new location for my business and all common maintenance- again reliable and consistent results to keep me operating without a hitch. Whether I send them an email or call them they are always prompt in there communication which is a big deal for a busy person like me. A Big Thanks to Graham Plumbing for Putting the Customer First

Good experience and honestly. Reasonable price. Honest is very important. My house was under slab water leaking. We found a "One 1 Call " plumbing company and they told lie. First time, they told us our house needed to change all water pipes and it was the ONLY Solution. They quote the price was over $11000 something. It was too expensive... werefused. After about 20 mins, the manager told us he could use ANOTHER Solution and the price was over $3000 something .....it is a dishonest company. Then we found Graham Plumbing from googles and they had many good reviews. The 3 staffs were smart to solve my house under slab water leaking. They spent 3 hours and the Graham charged US $1150. I would highly recommend to all my friends!

To Whom It May Concern: I was fortunate enough to hire Graham Plumbing services as an answer to my water pressure problems. It turns out it was all caused by a small valve that had gotten stuck shut in the water heater. Any other company would have just said you need a new water heater. Not Armando. He said here is the problem and here is how I plan on fixing it. It took them about an hour and a half to test everything, find the problem, and fix it. SO WORTH IT! Armando was courteous, efficient, and best of all HONEST! It is because of him that I will continue to use, and recommend, Graham Plumbing into the foreseeable future. Highly satisfied. I would like to recognize everyone in this organization from Mr. Graham to the office personnel, to technicians for such good job in replacing our damaged main gas line. Mr. Graham came in and in a matter of minutes mapped how to do the necessary repairs much quicker and less costly than other companies offered. Technicians followed up and carried out the job to completion efficiently in a professional manner; they answered questions and concerns presented to them without any hesitation. Office representatives were polite and willing to explain details during the process.

Graham Plumbing Company is definitely a 5 star !!! They came out to quote me on gas line , not only did they come on time they called me to inform me they were on the way . After assessing the situation, instead of just putting the gas line they recommended I conctacted the appliance service center to verify nothing was wrong with the appliance. I did that and sure enough the appliance had LP fittings. Graham Plumbing Companys honesty, experience, and professionalism saved me time and unnecessary repairs. Thanks again Graham Plumbing !!!

I had a very limited time frame for when the work could be completed; the plumbers from Graham arrived right on time (a little early, even) and completed the work before the deadline. They even stayed around for 20 minutes while we waited for someone else to turn the water on so that they could test their work and make sure there were no problems. They were very courteous and professional, and the price was completely reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Bryan, Chris and the rest of the crew, as well as Anna and Diane in the office, have been awesome to work with! We have been using Graham plumbing for about 9 years now (after years of foolishly using ARS), and they have always been great. We are in the process of doing a total remodel of our home, and they have been so easy to work with regarding demo as well as hook up. Right now I am loving my new sink and cant wait to for the first bathroom install this weekend!

Job: reset toilet. Appointment same week. Ben & Brett provided excellent workmanship. They were quick, thorough, friendly, and very professional. They got right to the job pulling toilet, replaced previous warped plastic flange with a stainless steel flange, reseated toilet on new wax ring, caulked around toilet base, cleaned up after and were finished in 1 hour. I will definitely use this plumbing company again.

Fast and great service. Graham Plumbing Services responded to a water leak in my wall. They actually arrived faster than scheduled. They quickly diagnosed and replaced the PEX fitting that was leaking for an extremely reasonable price. Also the tech informed me to contact the MFG because the PEX tubing system is probably still under warranty. I definitely would recommend using their service.

Weve used several plumbing companies in the 12 years weve lived in Sugar Land. Graham Plumbing became the only one we use for several years now. Great response time. Always professional service in your home. Jobs done right. Weve used them for both minor jobs indoors and major ones like a sewer line repair, and weve never had one problem or a single complaint about any job theyve done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! They had to demo out my shower and replace a shower pan. I just knew I was going to come home to a dusty mess in my master bathroom.....it was SPOTLESS!! You can not say that about many contractors these days!!

Very good price, prompt and enterprising service. The tech was not particularly polite, and was frankly a bit intimidating, but they did the work fine and we havent had any issues since.
