If I could give them negative stars, I would. The plumber (Steven) was here less than 5 minutes TOTAL. He charged $140 for clearing a drain. I have had this service completed several times in the past and have paid $92.50 - for the SAME EXACT SERVICE! The response I got when I called to discuss my bill was "some plumbers are more gracious in what they charge". How can a plumber decide what he wants to charge, and the company has NO standard pricing, is beyond reasonable and professional. Apparently, if we pay $140 for a two minutes job, that means they are charging $4,200 per hour. This is unethical and Jack the so-called manager does not even care, he was rude and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

S & B worked on my sprinkler system , said it was working fine,received their payment (almost $500)and left the very next day it started to malfunction again, called several times and left messages,they promised to return but i have not heard from them ever since I understand malfunction can happen but not standing behind your work ..not that great

Tried to schedule an appointment through their hotline and even with the knowledge about every one having the rights to "a bad day", the service was just horrible. Unprofessional and rude behavior with no interest in helping us get an appointment scheduled. We decided to book this with another company where we were professionally expedited.

Polite, professional, on time and told us all the costs up front each time they have come out. Wed easily recommend them. Weve had them come out several times for various jobs - replacing faucets, installing a whole house water filter, and replacing our decrepit water heater.
