Do not use this company! I had to use them in compliance with my home warranty, and would not recommend. Their plumber was out on time for the initial quote on 4/15/16, we worked it out with the home warranty company and all was good, we scheduled them to come out to have our water heater replaced. Sometime in between their initial quote and the actual work being done, they let go of the plumber who had come out for the quote. I know this because they called me to say he had quoted a part they had never heard of, and asked if i had heard of it. I AM NOT A PLUMBER, so to answer that was an obvious "NO". The owner Perry, told me that he would not charge us for this part no one had ever heard of, which would save us $75.00. So, plumber comes out on 4/29/16, does the work and charges us for the part no one has ever heard of. I call and call, leave messages, no one answers on the office phone and on the owner Perrys cell phone. No call backs or anything. I call the home warranty company and the lady i had been working with cannot even get in contact with them. This went on for about a week and a half, finally she was able to reach them. However, they are telling her that the cost was right. So I email, with read receipts and delivery receipts and finally I see the owner, Perry has read my email. About 2 hours later he calls me and explains that he failed to let the plumber know not to charge me for this phantom part, and he doesnt know why I did not say anything to him at the time of payment. (My husband met with the plumber, not myself as I was unable to leave work) However, to me as a decent person, you should know not to charge someone for a part you did not install, so that shows that this company will try to test the limits to see what they can get away with. Perry goes on to tell me that he will send me a check in the mail for the $75.00 (this was on 5/5/16) I have yet to see this check and it is now 5/23/16. Now to play this phone tag game with them again. Save yourself the headache and use a more honest, and reputable company that can answer their phones. I cannot understand how this guy is still in business if this is how he runs it.

Disgusting! Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT ever engage this company for any kind of plumbing work. Just last week their technician James stopped by based on a work order from Old Republic Home Protection (another equally dishonest and sleazy company, do not do business with them either) to inspect why the pilot for the water heaters keeps going off. Before even he inspected the unit physically, he kept repeating "I know whats wrong". Then he goes to attic and comes back saying the thermocouple needs to be replaced and he has been seeing lots of issues in the field with these newer thermocouples. He writes his diagnosis on the service receipt and assures me within a day or two he will have the parts available and his office will call to schedule it. Subsequently, the warranty company calls to say since the unit was not maintained properly (i.e., not flushed regularly) therefore it will not be covered. When I called back James to inquire why he did not mention that to me during service call, he gets defensive and says talk to his office. I think theres a collusion between the home warranty companies and these kind of shady service providers and they are milking premium from customers without providing any real service. Hoping a law firm will do a bit of digging, seems like a perfect situation for a massive class action lawsuit.

Kitchen faucet was leaking from the handle. HomeWarranty sends out Precision Plumbing who tells us we need to replace the whole unit. Write them a check for the job and it is cashed the next day. We receive a quote for $150 cheaper from pluming company B. Call and cancel the original service but now cant get a refund. We are now on round 3 of claims that they will be refunding us. 1st claim: owners on vacation / wait until 8/19. 2nd: pick up check in Galveston on 8/19. 3rd claim: ignorance about Galveston; will mail on 8/19toarrive by 8/23. Call 8/24 and they tell us its been sent. The only option given is for them to mail it... We are told to wait a few days and if it doesnt get here that we can call back... ask to speak to someone else because that answer is not good enough and we are hung up on. The following address is also not a good one for this company as there is no sign of Precision Plumbing at: 12340 Jones Rd Ste 122 Houston, TX 77070

I wish I could put 0 stars! They couldnt even remove a simple clogged drain! I was away on a trip so I had my wife call to have the clog fixed. They showed up and spent 1 hour doing "something" under the sink and determined that they would have to tear into the wall and install a "vent" which was already there if they looked! So they could create a "access point" to clean the drain. They wanted to charge $545 to install the access and then clean the clog. I told my wife to deal with the clog until I could get home. I returned home with a Ridgid auger from home depot for $39.00. I removed the P trap, ran the auger about 10ft and hit the clog and cleared it. In 5 MINUTES!!!! He did nothing in 1 hour but charge us and try to upsell us! This is BAD business!

Where should I start. These people charged us twice for a diagnostic that should have been caught the first time. Took them three weeks to finally tell us the issue and did absolutely nothing significant to better our plumbing system. They wanted to charge us $800 for each one of our toilets. The job was so simple that I got it done by myself watching YouTube videos. I bought high quality parts to fix the problem, and only spent $40 at Lowes. Hopefully this will give you an idea of the character of this company.

Bad service, One Guard Home Warranty told us that this company will call us for service, never called, we called One Guard Home Warranty and they contacted Precision Plumbing and they responded that will be coming home during the day, never did, I called One Guard again and said that another client was complaining as well. I have been calling Precision Plumbing and telephone keeps busy all day long, only one line available. We wont trust this company anymore.

Unprofessional. I used twice because i had to because of home warranty. Useless both times, Aussies would call them "Wankers." Its basically plumbers on weed that wake up from a hangover with no tools and pretend to fix stuff. I wish i had paid a homeless guy $60 to give it a go. Update: As if it could not get any better.
