Short version: Plumbing Commander is owned by a liar who doesnt want to get his hands dirty. Long version: Plumbing Commander was dispatched out to my home by our home warranty company, to fix a leak under our house, which sits on a pier and beam foundation. My partner spoke with the plumbing company manager, Agnes, before they plumbers came out, and explained to her that the leak was under the house, and that there was standing water under the house from the leak. Agnes, knowing the situation, said that their plumbers would not object to going underneath the house and that they would fix the leak. So, we waited several days for Plumbing Commander to arrive. Due to the leak, we had to turn off the water in the house. We had NO RUNNING WATER for 6 days. Today Craig, the owner of plumbing commander, came to my house. He initially claimed that our home warranty would not cover a leak under the house. We assured him that it would. Then he said that HE doesnt go under houses. He sent his assistant under the house to see the leak. The assistant emerged and Craig told my partner (I was present, so this IS a first-person account) that if the home warranty agreed to cover the leak, Plumbing Commander would return later today to fix the leak. Plumbing Commander then left. A few minutes later we got a call from the home warranty. Craig, the owner of Plumbing Commander, had lied to my partner AND to the home warranty company. He told the home warranty company that they had no employees who could fit under my house. We had just seen his employee fit under the house, so this was a lie, as was the whopper he told my partner. Craig is a liar who doesnt want to do his job and I cant recommend these guys.

I hired this company to install a vanity and hook up the sink in our guest bedroom. He was at our house for less than 2 hours and charged $375. He didnt tighten the drain enough so it leaked (I fixed it), and he didnt clean up after himself. There was saw dust everywhere, and a wet towel was left on the floor.

Worst service EVER. Rude. Incompetent. Does not pay attention to red tags by Center Point. Calls centerpoint and Owners liars re: gas leak reports. DO NOT use this company if you want your home safe.
