We called for a free estimate. We had back ups all over the house and were very concerned. This was our first time having a need for a plumber in the area. Dustin showed up earlier than expected and he put on shoe booties before entering the house. He was professional, hardworking, and willing to give good advice without pushing his services. We had several issues that had to be handled residentially and with the city. Dustin returned several times each time working hard and explaining all the steps. The most important thing to note is that we were not charged beyond the scope of our plumbing issue and that although we had an unusual set of circumstances both residential and city side that lasted several days this was not the fault of JD Precision Plumbing....but rather the delicate issue of not interfering with city property. I called Sunday for service and was told I would be called first thing Monday morning to be told at what time they would be coming. No call. I called Monday afternoon because I didnt receive a call and I was told I would have to wait until Tuesday afternoon for a service appointment. Tuesday, I called and was told that my area wasnt covered. Why did I have to initiate every call? If you know I wasnt covered, why didnt you contact me beforehand? Now I put my life on hold for 3 days and took off of work, and I still cant take a bath. Very unprofessional company. A customer should never have to repeatedly pursue a company for answers. I am not mad about not being in the service area. My warranty should have known better. Im just upset that JD precision told me nothing

Just want to say... JD Precision Plumbing is the "bombdiggity!" The technician was here earlier than originally quoted window, he fixed the issue and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, provided a free inspection of the rest of the plumbing in the house and was very personable, friendly, professional, showed no crack and rock solid in his knowledge. Outside of all of the fabulousness of the technician what I absolutely LOVED was receiving an email from the company beforehand with a short bio on the technician with his picture. That way I knew exactly who would be walking into my house. If you need a plumber I would and will continue to highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing!

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Benjamin Dawson. He was quick to arrive on a Sunday evening after a leak sprang under our kitchen sink - fortunately it wasnt a severe issue (we were worried as it occurred after a hard freeze). He took the time to check out a few other issues around the house we were having with loose faucet handles etc. He explained to us why and how he was repairing the quick fixes and was kind enough to offer yearly maintenance tips that we were not aware of as new homeowners. Just a really upstanding and intelligent individual. My husband and I will be calling JD Precision again - and we will request Ben!

JD Precision Plumbing provides awesome service. Simply stated they are punctual, professional, reliable and provide great service at reasonable prices. Being consistent is rare in todays service industries but they manage to exceed our expectations. Being a property manager with lots of projects and repairs I rely on the above stated qualities. So far JD Plumbing has been on about 100 service calls for my office. We have not been disappointed with the results on any of those. That is an amazing record. First, I do NOT recommend JD Precision. We waited all day for a no-show from the plumber, with multiple calls to the company without any kind of resolution. Company very unorganized, they forwarded the last few calls to the plumber without us ever receiving a callback. Seems like a brand new business with how inexperienced they are. A half an hour after the 10am-2pm service call window had expired, the secretary who answered their line was extremely rude and made uncalled for remarks. I wish I had read someone saying dont call them! before I did.

I was in need of a good plumbing company a few weeks ago. I wasnt sure who to call until I found JD Precision Plumbing! Basically the pipes underneath my kitchen sink needed some updating. Ben Dawson (plumber) did an excellent job right off the bat. His skills were second to none. He was very polite from the start and the professionalism exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future projects with this company. I will recommend to family and friends. Also, superb customer service from Nick the dispatcher. Very polite and to the point!

Friendly and helpful office staff, and a top notch journeyman plumber (Keno) who did a masterful plumbing job for us. Their rates were reasonable. Im impressed that before Keno arrived I was sent an e-mail featuring a picture of him as well as his biography, thus leaving me confident that I knew who I was allowing into my home. From this time forward, JD Precision Plumbing Services will be called for any plumbing needs I may have - Ive already recommended them to a neighbor.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with JDs on a number of occasions in the past year. I run a commercial property and have met 3 of their techs (Chad, Shawn, and Ben). All were very informative, friendly, and fixed me up with no issues. They even gave me options on what could be done and did not stick me with the largest bill just because i was a commercial client. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for plumbing work done!

Ben did a fantastic job fixing a pipe that broke in our home! He worked quickly and efficiently, and we really appreciate it, as he came out after regular business hours! We could not use the water until the problem was resolved. So this was a big deal. He was there within an hour or so, not to mention that all the other places we called were going to make us wait until Friday, and it was a Tuesday night. Thanks JD Plumbing!

on 03-29-2016 , the crew came to install a new water heater. on time, very professional, very clean. very curtious. This is my 2nd time to use J D Precision Plumbing and i always use them in the future.....They installed the water heater in less than 2 hours and it was perfect....Great Job . I called JD Precision Plumbing based on customer reviews. Glad I did. Daniel showed up and completed kitchen faucet install and overcame unforeseen difficulties with ease. He pointed out a defective hose on dishwasher and changed it out with a heavy duty one for minimal cost. These guys are honest, hardworking, and do excellent professional work. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

Dental Practice

Found them on Angies list and selected them based on the previous reviews. Received a prompt call back and made an appointment. The technician was on time. Technician was courteous and explained the work and answered all the questions. The job was to replace a gas pipe which was leaking. He got the job done in the time frame he had mentioned.Overall excellent work.
