called for a quote and instead of providing guidance or letting me know what I had to do to get a quote he was rude saying that if I didnt know exactly what was wrong with my system then he couldnt help me and then hanged up on me not even two minutes long!!! I understand the demand must be high but the customer service should be nice regardless. These are potential new customers. I wonder who they are actually nice to...... Maybe hire more employees that can answer questions and provide guidance

Very rude, tried to up sell us on services we didnt need, quoted us 250 to pump a tank, showed up and claimed the tank was much bigger, and the lines were blocked. Lines were not blocked, and tank was not bigger but still charged us 750! If we werent desperate because tank was full i would not have used them and never will again.

Horrible customer service.. Not even worth a STAR!!! The person on the phone (a guy) was completely rude when requesting information and finally quoted me 399 for plumbing my septic tank. After talking to him I called Reliable Vacuum Services LLC within a minute I had them scheduled to come out for only 180. Dont go with Ace!

I run a Marcos Pizza in 1960 and used to go with Brumfield but they are unreliable. Called Ace and they did an excellent job and waited for me to show up and show me their excellent work! I will try to use them at all my locations. Paul and his crew rock. Thank yall

I got quoted $595 for a 500 gal septic & 300 gal grease trap. Hope I can save you the short phone call to hear them say, "nope, we dont do that" before listening to what you really need. LOL

I have sent an email, no answer in 8 hours. Also I have called them 5 times, one time is answered and hang off. Looks like they dont care to customers.
