AHS Home Warranty sent them out for a second opinion on our pluming leak 3 days after the first opinion. They were absolutely unprofessional. First they said AHS wouldnt cover anything and not to use the warranty and just let them fix it. Then I told them AHS covers up to $1,000. IGD plummer said it would be way more than that. I told him it had to be fixed because we would be selling our home. Then he had the audacity to say we should turn off water and only turn it on to take baths and for showings and sell it with an unknown leak. I was outraged! He said nothing was wet and he couldnt tell AHS we had a leak. I told him it dried since we turned off water after first opinion. Then he was aggrivated they were the second opinion. He told me turn on the water, let it leak, then call him personally and he would be there immediately. I was worried about damage but did as he requested. When it began to leak I called and texted with no answer. My husband called and he answered and said he was in Katy and would not be able to come out this week, and this was Thursday. When I called AHS they said that he had to turn in his report before we could move any further. When he finally turned it in he said we needed the entire home re-plumed for a cost of $17,000!!! How he knew that considering he only went into my entry and kitchen I dont know. Its amazing he could send a bid for that considering he had no idea how big my house was or even how many bathrooms I have. These guys are a scam. They came out with no leak detection equipment and didnt even look to see if the meter was running with nothing on. They were here 10 minutes and managed to lie to me, my home warranty company, got me to make the water leak for no reason and sent a $17,000 bid for a job they know nothing about. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Owner of the company came out to diagnose an issue with tankless water heater. Said heater was functioning properly but needed to be serviced, however after he left within mins we had no hot water at all. Could not get them to return our phone calls and then when they did return call told us it would be Monday before they could come out and fix what he broke. 3 1/2 days no hot water 2 small children. This company and this guy who owns it is a joke. Called Daniels Plumbing came out within an hour and found multiple issues that could have and most certainly would have burned our house down due to the incompetence and poor service that IVAN provided and was told by the technician with Daniels that anybody that knew anything at all about tankless water heaters should have spotted this problem immediately. He was rude while he was here and I have reported him to the warranty company. Needless to say I wouldnt let this guy put a knob on a faucet for me. Total bad experience. Very poor service and rescheduled our initial appointment for 2 days later than promised and had his secretary call a 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there to let us know they would not be coming on Wednesday as promised and scheduled 5 days earlier and showed up on Friday a full week after his initial inspection to say that he needed more diagnosis. Needless to say I will be reporting to the better business bureau. I just paid $625.00 for something that was covered. Ivan stated no error codes in the system Error Code 12 popped up as soon as the technician with Daniels plugged in. Obviously he is protecting the warranty company and cares nothing about the customer. I saw a post where a lady stated men of different cultures speaking down to women and this is exactly what he did to my wife. Bad guy!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful! This company was sent to me through my home warranty. At first I was impressed by the prompt service. The plumber arrived and proceeded to repair the broken pipe under my kitchen sink. He replaced the part and I thought that would be the end of it. Well, several weeks later I noticed one of the joints from what he replaced was leaking and the leak occurred when the dishwasher was runnning. I called the home warranty company again and they send the same plumber again. I explained to him the problem. He went to look under the sink and proceeded to insult me saying I called him to waste his time because there was nothing wrong since he didnt see any leak and that the dishwasher had nothing to do with it. I insisted he check the joint I noticed leaking. He said he didnt need to because there was nothing wrong. All this with a very demeaning attitude. He finally checked the connecting ring I was referring to and then he proceeded to accused me of breaking it! Saying I must have used some tool to tighten it. He eventually ended up fixing the problem after making a bigger mess than he had to. I dont appreciate when men of different cultures have this demeaning attitude towards women. I will never use this company again!

There is only one word to describe them HORRIBLE! I had a U joint leak in the ceiling of my master bath . They came out on Monday to fix it. I was a little surprised when they showed up in a regular truck and also when they said they would have to go get the supplies to fix the problem. But they h a s been sent out by my home protection company so I thought it must be ok. Wrong!!!! I went to use the faucet in my bathroom later that day and I had no running water nor did I have running water in my shower. Needless to say I tried to get back in touch with them to come back to fix the problem. It is Friday and I still have not heard back from them. I also contacted my home protection company CHOICE HOME WARRANT to advise them of the problem to see if they could get them back out here . Dont use them either they say they cover stuff but they always have a loop hole to get out of actually doing the job.

I was with HWA company since 2013. The first time I needed to them to replace my hot water heater that was over 12 years, I got shafted. The tech (IGD Plumbing) that was cahoot with them (HWA), stated that the unit was damage due to leak that was on top of the water heater, so HWA denied the claim. There is no water leak above the water heater and the air gap between the vent is typical for venting. Well I am out $1,800 for the 3 years I was with HWA, and will have to get the water heater replaced on my own. I had couple of other plumbers that verified that there was no exterior leaks that cause the unit to go bad and that the unit was simply old (12 yrs old) and failed. I would not recommend this company, because they are dishonest.

What a great experience with IGD plumbing today! Who knew a flood coming from the base of the toilet and fast filling up one room, could be resolved so painlessly!. I called used my Choice Home Warranty and they assigned IGD. The energetic and sweet receptionist, Liz, was very helpful in positioning my situation as an emergency as I could not use any faucets, drains, nor commodes without a resulting extra flood! A very professional plumber, Zhivko Stoyanov responded and had me fixed up in no time. He removed the commode, snaked it, and then installed a double seal so it would never leak again. He was professional, helped me clean up and efficient. I would definitely recommend both IGD and Zhivko for all plumbing needs.
