Coldest night in three years and we have a burst pipe and an unrelated water heater issue. Jan (if it is Jen I am so sorry...not good with names) had the knowledge to ask about the water heater issue and knew enough about the system to know ours was under warranty for the failure we were experiencing. She got us on the list and now at 12:33am someone is here working on our issues. It is stupid cold outside but they are here. Not enough words to express our gratitude for helping us.

My grandmother had a stoppage on a Sunday and called this company. It took two calls before she got a response, and the young man who came to do the job was unfriendly. He seemed very unwilling to answer questions and the cost was exorbitant. I would not refer this company for anything in the future.

If I could give 0 I would. They offer NO GUARANTEE on their services! They installed a new hot water heater into the house we bought and less than 90 days later will NOT GUARANTEE their work at all! Stay away!
