I read the reviews on this company and since they were close to our house and seemed reputable, I would give them a shot. What a JOKE! Our hot water heater wouldnt stay lit so the tech walked out to the water heater and said "well, did you call the company on the water heater?" I looked at him and said "no, do I have to use them?" and he said "no". What a strange question since I was the one who called him in the first place. So then the guy hits the start button and says "well, it lit so if it doesnt stay lit you will have to buy a new one". (it went out 10 minutes later which is the REASON I CALLED) So then he charges us $112...WHAT??? The trip charge is $48.50 but charges us $60 to hit the Start button. WOW..thats unacceptable. So, I called TWICE and finally got the "Service Manager" (HA) on the phone who is not very nice and says "well thats what we charge to start your water heater". I argued with him saying "you charge SIXTY dollars to hit ONE button?!" He finally agreed to give me a refund on the $60. Its just a shame that I try to use a local company and get screwed. Unbelievable and has taught me a good lesson.

SDurham in Spring - The Milton Frank Plumbing MVP program is a great tool for us realtors to recommend to our new buyers. Especially when buying an older home like we have that has lots of plumbing issues!! We recently gave up on a warranty program that we have had in place for six years as the repairs were merely "band-aids" and not solutions which ended up costing us more in the long run. In the real estate industry our reputation is important when recommending service personnel to our clients. I and my clients have not been disappointed with Milton Frank Plumbing! They go the extra mile (like sending me an article on how to winterize my sprinkler system last winter) that is lacking in so many fields of service today. Also, they stay abreast of the important "green living" by providing energy saving solutions including water filtration, tankless water heaters and more. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Great friendly service, but they dont even carry parts for my Navien tankless!!! I told them the brand and gen at time of the service call. They do service them, but why come out for an emergency visit if its gonna take a week to get a part. So after a $78 show up fee, I opted to get rid of my gen 1 Navien... my house built in 1971, gal pipes, a choked gas line; that thing is a rock that lasted 7 years. I opted to just install a traditional for $500 (self install). Of course they wanted to sell me their in stock tankless for 3k. I feel they should be more transparent so I could have streamlined the repair process. Follow up: two weeks later, still havent heard from them as to an estimate to fix my gen 1. Essentially, I paid $100 to get an install estimate. Im considering to file a complaint as they technically followed through on their promise.

Carlos and Damien just finished completely repiping our house and installed a new water heater, and they did an excellent job! The entire week they were always on time, courteous, and took great care to keep our house as clean as possible and prevent any unnecessary damage. Carlos came out a couple times before starting the job to give us quotes for different options, and he always took the time to fully explain things and answer all of our questions. Everyone Ive ever spoken to when Ive called the office is friendly, patient and polite, and they always get someone out quick and call when theyre on the way. Weve used Milton Frank a few times before this, and have always been pleased. While no one wants to spend money on repiping their house, Carlos and Milton Frank Plumbing have made this a smooth and pleasant experience.

I tried using Milton Frank a while back but the experience was terrible. I called them out to unplug a sewer line - simple job right? They quoted me $300 to do the job but ended up running their snake through the wall of my drain pipe. They ended up tearing up the concrete around my pool to get their snake out and said it would cost another $1400 to come back out and repair the line that they tore up. Then they charged me $450 for the day instead of the $300 they originally quoted and my line was still ripped apart and concrete busted up. There was no way I was going to let them back on my property so I used another company to repair the line for a fraction of the $1400 Milton Frank quoted. My advise to anyone reading this is to find another plumbing company and stay away from Milton Frank.

We have been customers of Milton Frank for several years. We had a tankless water heater installed a couple years ago. The work was perfect! The only issue was the scaling filter. The maker of the filter delivered a faulty filter that leaked. Milton Frank came to the house late on a Friday night as we noticed the water leak. They fixed the problem and noticed the filter was bad. We were not charged for the replacement. When the maker of the filter refused to honor their warranted Milton Frank stepped in and covered all the drywall repairs themselves. This is a tremendous example of putting the customer first and ensuring we were well taken care of. As a result we have had several other plumbing projects handled by Milton Frank and all have been outstanding.

Had a good experience overall. It was a Sunday (of course) and I figured it would be almost impossible to find someone willing to work and get the job done right. I left a message and within 5 minutes, got a call from Daniel telling me hes on his way in a couple minutes. Did not have the same experience with B&B plumbing. In fact, they (B&B) told me at noon that someone would be here at 3. Left me hanging and didnt return phone calls! Total waste of time, but not with these guys. Very professional and the way he worked, you wouldnt think it was a Sunday. He made sure the the job was done right and thats all I can ask for!! Will go to if I have any issues in the future. Thanks Daniel!!

Outstanding support with integrity. Recently experienced failure in a tankless water heater installed by MFrank. Second time the unit has developed a leak destroying circuit board and risking flooding to home if catch basin overran. Milton Frank was responsive to my situation with remarkable speed and took personal interest in resolving my problem. He did so at some expense to him which was far beyond that required by warranty or my expectations. I own two homes in The Woodlands and have used him for 15 yrs. He has never disappointed. Among the best in contractors compared to all other services I obtain in maintaining my home. Dave A.
