Piss poor service & lack of communication. Soup Nazi scheduling. I didnt schedule for a shave & he has other appointments to think about but had noooooo problem making me wait for 20 min after my scheduled appointment. Oh yeah about that......1 barber finished up & went straight to his phone, hanging out for 5 minutes & a customer waltzed in straight to his chair, but I have a scheduled appointment(they are strict about this)but me a person who has no concept of how things are done here is going "WTF?!" yet counter boy who I assumed is handling the appointments spent 15 min in PISSER comes out & I had to ask him who my barber was(& that was me assuming I was asking the right question) telling me my barber was running over. You think so smart guy? Could you do your job & let the customer know that. I had to give this joint 1 star & they dont deserve that just to post this

Very disappointed. My second visit here. Just needed a basic beard trim. The first visit was disappointing. So I scheduled a second appointment with a different barber. I checked in with the gentleman at the desk 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and asked was it ok to sit outside and wait. After 30 minutes went back inside, Tim was with a client, assumed he was running behind. At the hour past mark, another client went ahead of me, and I inquired why such a long wait. Was told Tim did not know I was there. Maybe if they were not so busy talking among themselves about a fantasy sport league, they would have looked up and noticed their customer. To Tms credit, he called me after I left and tried to make it right. These days and times, there are plenty businesses that still care about customer service, I went elsewhere.

Another 5 star review for this Barbershop! So, Ive had the same barber for about 15 years. What happens when he retires? Im lost... I go Sport Clips, Great Clips, Knockouts, etc, etc. And while I do enjoy a good pair of boobs, I really like to get my hair cut by someone who knows what theyre doing!! Well, Ive had my hair cut here twice now. The first time, I told him exactly what I wanted. The second, I just told him generally how I liked it, and he gave me amazing. So now? Ive got a haircut thats in style, and a new regular barber. Brandon, the owner, has hired some really incredible guys. He is also a great The environment is very guy friendly... action movies on the TV, great music selection, and GOOD beer. (you know, cause other places offer free beer now, but not good beer) Check it out.

its just a cool place to really be professionally good looking. it was the first barber shop shave, but I never felt better after taking care of my look. Johnny cash album playing, netflixed South park, and theres deep ellum beer on tap. I looked like a million, felt like a billion. I had an appointment booked with Elliot, who was the epitome of gentleman and barber. Good luck going anywhere else after getting spoiled as Brass Tacks.

The gentlemen here have things figured out. Skilled barbers who offer everything in between traditional and modern cuts plus a fantastically relaxed atmosphere makes this a great place to head whenever youre in need of a cut. As you sit there with a beer in hand, you feel as though you could just show up to hang out. If that doesnt bring you back, the quality of the cut sure will.

Great looking shop, Great area to be located, and the Barbers are awesome! My barber was Juke and he gave me an excellent haitcut. I briefly described it and he did it exactly the way I wanted. Price is reasonable given the location and service you are given which are both top notch. I definitely recommend giving this place a chance if you need a spectacular haircut.

The shop has a great environment and is in a great part of town with lots to walk around and see. You can make a day of it and get a great haircut and/or beard trim at the same time. Great music, great vibe, great expertise. Ive been going here for the past few years and the only thing that would stop that is if I moved out of state. Ive gotten cuts from several people there and theyve all been great but Ive been going to Ian for over a year at least and hes excellent at what he does. Oh and the free beer is a badass bonus.

Went and got a haircut at this place the barber rushed threw it asked him to trim up my mustache I would pay extra told me no he didnt have enough time i said ok left with still 15 min left on my appointment haircut was terrible music is way to loud

Since waiting fifteen minutes after my appointment time to get a cut, the loudly blaring heavy metal music was enough to make me temporarily enraged. Leaving without a cut. So disappointed. Plus $25 for a buzz cut seems a little steep.

This is a great place to get a proper mens haircut, from proper barbers! Every barber in this shop gives a excellent cut with excellent service. Book in advance or come in on Sundays early!
