His name Bryan Song from south Korea which means he is question mark ? this boy is full of lies when he found I have insurance to pay for repairing my bumper which cost not more than 500 $$ with new real Toyota bumper although he wants to put A/M made in china as replacement bumper and he wants to charge 1100 $ plus I have to pay my deductible and not only that when I went to see what he will do I found my bumper taken out of the car and thrown somewhere w/o replacement and kept my car keys inside the car so any one can steal the car from his shop. and he wants me to sign papers for him before repair plus he wants the money before he do the job so he kept my car for 3 weeks w/o any repair because he is waiting for insurance money before he do any thing and when I asked insurance I want to receive the cheque so I pay myself after he finishs repairing my car then he called me to pick up my car w/o repair and he refused to repair which means he wants to get the money and then repair any thing whether good or bad so I took my car and thanks god he did not touch my car I will not come back to this shop at all and beware from Dallas Body repair shop he will rip your money with bad job and treatment DONT DEAL WITH THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR FIXED THE RIGHT WAY

So I bought a car down the street from here at 1and2 Automotive...needless to say I was ripped off and have had problems since I bought it. I finally took my Nissan Murano to Dallas Auto Body Repair, and I was so incredibly impressed. They were kind, gave loving to my pup, and were soooo much more affordable and fair than any place Ive been to. The owners and management were great, wonderful listeners and just completely 100% honest. As a woman, men always try and take advantage of me thinking that I wont know anything about cars, but they are wrong. This place didnt see me as a woman, they saw me as an important person and customer who had been lied to. Whether you need an oil change, body repair, or vehicle evaluation/help THIS is the place you want to go!
