Made an appointment to drop my car off and then they told me to call back the next week because they were too busy. Called back Monday and they said they were too busy and I would have to wait another week. Grrr but okay. Once the car was in the shop I couldnt get anyone to call me back with a status, only texts and half were automated so they werent even accurate. Told me my car was gonna be ready late one afternoon but I wasnt available so I went the next day only to find that oops not ready yet and oh we were gonna call you today.. Had to wait an extra 4 days with no explanation of what was taking so long or why. When I picked up my car no one even went over the repair to make sure I was satisfied, just here are the keys and have a good day. Well now my car door isnt shutting all the way and I have to take it back again.. hoping they will get it fixed this time but will not be back and am looking for another shop to fix what they screwed up. :(

I had the unfortunate experience of having a car accident over a month ago. Im truly thankful that no one was hurt. Since then, it has been a complete nightmare dealing with Service King and the repair of my car. The manager treated us so poorly and had absolutely no regard for the inconvenience that the not 1, not 2, but THREE extensions to the date of completion that we were told to us by their service advisor. So many things were mishandled that we had to contact Service Kings regional manager to help resolve this issue. Finally, after he stepped in, I was able to pick up my car today only to get in it and see that they had driven it almost 200 miles from the time it was taken in and left it on EMPTY. I called to make an appointment and had to wait two weeks before I was able to have my car looked at for an estimate. I went to the estimate appointment on my lunchbreak and I was asked if I would consider waiting or I could comeback later, because the technician was going into a meeting and wouldnt look at my car until after. REALLY?!? Like the other reviewers havr stated, the customer service is HORRIBLE! Service King couldnt pay me to bring my vehicle back to them, and forget about a referral! Ill have my insurance company refer me to another company.

I concur with katie, bill was simply amazing. It was almost worth having oopsied my car just to have bill and his guys repair it. Communicative... friendly... knowledgeable... convenient (enterprise is on site!)... and quick (repairs finished a week ahead of schedule!). If you absolutely must wreck your car, youd do right by yourself going to service king and then asking for bill. hell, any of those guys up there would be great - all super friendly and only help to soften the blow by making a bad situation all that much bearable. thanks bill!

Had a great experience at Service King. Everything went smoothly and promptly through Geico Xpress and they handled everything. Car was repaired in a timely manner and I picked it up at the expected/estimated time. Was updated through the whole process and was treated with respect as a valued customers the entire time. Overall, great customer service, was always informed, repair was on time, and would return if ever in an accident again. I worked with Jesse and Enrique from Geico.

Service king on Hampton needs to learn to have empathy for people. Stop being rude and talking with attitudes. They are unprofessional. I dont see why insurance companies keep sending people there. These people only care about getting paid. Your car can be totaled and they will fix what they can only for just for the car to break down. Never again will I go there nor will o recommend them to any one.

service king, and especially bill wiles, were fantastic. i received frequent email updates about the status of my vehicle. my father passed away and i needed to leave town and he coordinated the car pickup with a friend of mine. everything was seamless and it was wonderful that he (and my awesome friend) took care of this for me so i could be with my family and not worry about my car.

Despite being told that my car would be ready and only to find out that someone jumped ahead without talking to me, the staff was very friendly. They could do better on communication and promised times. Im not being unreasonable, they told me that they where finishing my car/cleaning in the morning. I showed at the end of work and no car.

First of all, you may or may not even reach someone to answer the freaking phone! Secondly, when I was there, no one was at the desk for at least 20 minutes and then they try to tell you how long youve been waiting on someone. As if youre not yourself. Absolutely horrible customer service. Please do not go here.

My insurance sent me to Service King, Enrique did a great job. I had issues with the body shop i went to , but Enrique made sure i had a rental the whole time, he always returned my calls and texts. Thank you Enrique for everything!!

Horrible experience they wanted to charge my insurance 8500 for the repairs witch totaled my truck out... I took it to a different shop charged me 3500 dollars and it great work... RIP oFF
