First time here the service and work done was excellent, that was 4 years ago. This last time the work done was on my brand new 2014 car and I noticed a few issues, first off was a large amount of scratches on the top of a 1/4 panel like someone have dragged and drapped an air hose over it, next was a corner of the bumper painted was mashed when it was still wet, lastly the interior was cleaned nicely but there was large dust marks missed from a drivers knee. The scratches were fixed at no cost by the shop.

Had my car there to get repaired from an accident two years ago, they replaced my front driver door, with what I was told an equal or better product then what I had before the accident . Now the door will not open from the inside, but because, "this may happen and it has already been two years," I am screwed. I guess lifetime warranty on repairs only lasts for a few years. I will find a more trust worthy place to take my vehicle in the future.

Always helpful and nice. Weve had several repairs done here without any problems. Their quotes are always within a reasonable amount and insurance companies love them. The woman at the front desk is awesome as well, kudos for such great staff!
