My experience with Royal auto body was horrible. I would give them a negative star if possible. First their customer service is terrible. Everyone is a bunch of fast talkers that think that they can talk you into anything. They asked me to lie to my insurance company about having my vehicle at their shop so that they could collect a daily housing fee of some sort (to recoupe their losses since they were going to pay for my deductible). Second, they keep us for over 3 hours to do an estimate in a run down building with no ac and random children screaming and running in and out of the building with no one supervising them. A week later when I told them that I choose not to have them do the work (because frankly they are not professional) I was told that I would now have to pay $200 to have had an estimate done. No one ever said that and he said that I signed something that I was releasing them to do the work. Nope, never signed a single thing with them. I have the only piece of paper that they wrote, nothing that I signed. When I asked why he was threating me(after he said he would take it to their attorney) he said because I caused them $200. I said thats the cost of doing business, not everyone you solicit (they came to my home and asked me to swing by their shop for an estimate) will do business with you especially when you are being shady. I also asked if they were "so great" and have been in business for so long time, why couldnt I find any information about them and when I did it was terrible reviews!? His response was because of people like me who dont understand their word. Once I got home I noticed a huge gash on the top of my new SUV that wasnt there before they did the 3 hour estimate. I cut my losses and will never do business with them. You have been warned!!!!

These guys treated me like family....heres my story, So about a year ago i was involved In accident A friend referred me to royal autobody saying "the owner is a great guy" So i checked em out... They made it too easy for me, They helped me tow my car to the shop, got all the paperwork ready And got to work, They dealt with all the diffuculties from my insurance company AND GOT MY DEDUCTIBLE WAIVED!!! My car took about 2 weeks to get done and luckily they provided a loaner car cause i didnt have rental coverage : My car came out beautiful and it didnt cost me a dollar!!!! These guys had patience and dealt with all my annoying phone calls and answered all my questions So i was able to keep my cool End of the story is, They treated me so good i asked for a job and ive been here ever since Working with josh and the crew!

Thank you Josh and team! You made it easy on me. You took care of everything from the insurance company to the rental car company. Having gotten into a wreck in our new Escalade was stressful enough. Thank you for your diligence in working with the insurance company and proving based on the damage that the accident was not our fault. Most of all thank you for putting our Escalade back to factory specs. Everything lined up perfect and the color matched perfect as well. I had a wreck and didnt know what to do about it if I should use my insurance or if I should go out of pocket so when I seen Royal auto body I pulled in and the guys there was so much help they let me know that if I went through my insurance that they were going to take care of my deductible so going out of my pocket would have just cost me money so they said it would only take a week to get my car repaired and it wound up taking 5 days so thats why I did this review to let the guys know at Royal auto body that I really appreciate all theyve done

Most body shops have skilled workers. A few body shops have great customer service reps, but this place went above and beyond! They found me and offered to help before I knew what I was going to do to fix my car and helped me every step of the way. Not only did they do a great job but they helped with getting a rental set up for me. They did everything with a feeling of friendly service that I have not experienced often with auto repair. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs body repair done.

I would highly recommend this shop! They made things so much easier for me when I was in a wreck not only do they offer pick up and delivery I didnt have rental on my policy and they provided me with a rental car and waived my deductible! I didnt have to pay anything out-of-pocket I would say Royal auto body is fast convenient professional. And they do quality work

Excellent, Fast, Affordable Work. Josh was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend you keep in touch and follow the updates with your car. He was very reassuring along the way. He got it done in half the time another shop quoted me. Worked with my insurance quote and made "Butter" smooth again.

I was disappointed with Royal. I was lied to about the rental car being paid for by the company on top of the deductible amount. My car was kept for a month. It was brought back with a part missing. The experience was a total NIGHTMARE!
