Update: I was driving on 75 and something on my car was hanging due to them not fixing my car right. I got off at the Parker exit and went to whataburger and called someone to look at my car. They told me some cord was showing and that I need to take that back to the shop. I told them they wont fix it. They told me to drive slowing going home and avoid bumps. When I got to my apartments I went over the speed bump and it came off completely. Do NOT go to them!!! They do not fix cars or honor their warranties!!? U will be sueing like me!!! Update: contacted corporate office and spoke to a Shimeka and they stated that the ONLY thing they do is act as a mediator. She stated she reached out to the location and they wont give a refund and they KNOW they didnt fix my car. I WILL be sueing!!! If anyone has any connection with the NEWS please let me know. People needs to know nationwide how Maaco treats their customers and corporate person Shimeka was very rude and ghetto! She hung up in my face and kept interrupting me while I was talking. They said someone would call me but she NEVER called me ...in fact I called her 7 times before she actually called me back. I was just going after what they were paid, my tires, and rental fees but NOW IMA add lawyer fees and emotional distress. They have me in an unsafe vehicle and I want EVERYTHING Im owed!!! I want to make sure EVERYONE knows how they do business and how they take care of their customers. Update: I just left from up there and the old white guy is so unprofessional, he started screaming " I read your review and this WHITE guy is NOT doing anything for your BLACK ass!!!" He did not honor the 5 year warranty that I have on my Car and it hasnt been a week. He is a crook and he is racist. I recorded the WHOLE thing if u want to hear it reply to this message and I will let u see for yourself the kind of person they have running this business. I am talking to a lawyer now and he advised me to go try to get them to work on it and when he refused it was all I needed. I am going back to the lawyer tomorrow because he had cases this evening. If u need to sue them, reply to this message and I will let u know who I am using. Maaco them will STEAL things off your vehicle!!!! They are thieves and will NOT fix your car right!!! I called them and the OLD white guy had an attitude because i was asking questions. Hes very unprofessional and hung up on me all because I am black! I had some work done after I got hit. To start off, they put all OLD parts on a NEW vehicle, my car needs an alignment,they didnt put my wheel sensors back on, my cruise control isnt working, body frame is messed up and they didnt put it back together correctly, they took they chrome piece by headlights on bumper, they didnt put all the screws in my door, they left my bumper still hanging, I went to another body shop to get the alignment and they couldnt do it because on the machine it said rack n pinion, I am highly upset on how they handled this. My car is pulling and everything was supposed to be done when I left the car shop. I had several people tested it, and they said I should sue the body shop. I am talking to a couple of them, because I actually called them to let them know what was going on and they said they were going to call me back...they havent called back and its been a week. Why would they treat someone like that. The body shop I took it to stater they look at the bottom and see that they took the piece off the bumper. They are some thrives and they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Plus , they had dents all in my car even on the side that did not get hit!!!!!

I just picked up my car last week and was thoroughly impressed. I had an complete repaint of a car that I had bought over the internet sight unseen. Needless to say, it needed a paintjob. After doing my research, on both the high end and low end paint and body shops, even other Maacos (theyre not all the same), I decided to go into Maaco Addison. I met with Brenden. I told him what my objective was and he walked around the car with me as I pointed out all the issues I wanted corrected. He was extremely helpful in making sure these areas were addressed. As well as helping me find the paint code I knew I wanted to go with. It came out great! The price he quoted was fair for a base coat cleat coat finish and included a color sand and buff, which I highly recommend. No this was not the cheapest paintjob, but I saw some of their economy jobs, and they didnt look bad at all. I had always been told the quality of the job was in the prep so about halfway through I decided to make a suprise visit and check it out myself. Well I can tell you they did a lot more prep than I expected. This is not your "scuff and shoot" paint shop. And the results speack for themselves. I cant say enough about the results for the price. Thanks Brenden, for everything. And If youre out on the road and see a Ferrari red Toyota MR2 whizzing around and want to know where I got it painted, now you know!

En momentos difíciles es importante contar con personas responsables que te ayuden a afrontar tus dificultades. Después de una tormenta de granizo la pintura y los cristales de mi carro quedaron destrozados, un amigo de American Airlines me recomendó Maaco y todas mis preocupaciones desaparecieron. En Maaco me ayudaron a coordinar los servicios con mi aseguradora y terminaron el trabajo en el tiempo prometido. Los cristales del carro quedaron perfectos y la pintura nítida. Recomiendo esta localidad de Maaco por que el trabajo es profesional, excelente y con personas como Julia Acosta experta en servicio al cliente.

I recently took my sons 1998 Accord to Maaco in Addison, Tx. I was responding to the $299.00 ad they always run. After reading some reviews here I wanted to share my experience. Ken Taylor the manager at this location and Benyi the assistant manager, took the time to explain the painting process and even gave me several different options and levels to choose from, I never felt pressured and he never steered me towards the most expensive option. I chose the light chip repair for $149.00 and the enamel paint for $299.00. He said the car should be ready in 4 or 5 days. This was to be a graduation present for my daughter, so 4 days later Benyi called and we went to pick it up. I was not expecting the result I got. The car was as beautiful as a 1998 Honda Accord can be. No surprises on the bill either. Great job and service from Ken, Benyi and crew in Addison.

Called many places to try & get touch up for my Saab 9-3. Everyone gave me the run around, or tried to get rid of me. Saab dealer said paint wasnt stocked, would take 5 - 7 days to come in, and cost $35!!! Car is silver... not exactly a rare color. After calling everwhere else, i tried this Maaco. Brad (???) was very helpful, asked only for 2 digits from my VIN, came back on the line & said hed have it ready for me whenever i could make it by. Picked up the paint & he didnt even charge me. By the way: it was a PERFECT match. I cant even begin to describe how amazed i was by the accuracy of the color. You can tell they mix it up based on the specs for your car, so its not some one size fits all thing. Very satisfied & never considered a Maaco repaint before but after this experience its definitely something i would not be scared to try.
