DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET FIXED. Unless you want to get your car fixed for cheap. And you will get cheap and lazy labor! After repairs the paint was not blended and had bubbles from paint &/or bondo, overspray on the INSIDE of my vehicle, obviously damaged pieces (not new) from the wreck were put back on my vehicle, stains on my rear seat from wet sanding, and some damages were not fixed. Rear back up camera and courtesy lights not hooked back up. Antenna not put back vehicle. Multiple issues with this repair... I called my insurance company and complained, I took it back and they did a worse job!!! More overspray in my bed, paint is not smooth, its very wavy, paint ALL over my door seals. And still did not correct everything that i pointed out. Im taking it to another shop to get it fixed. They quoted an additional $1800 in repairs after taking it to complete collision twice!

I bring my car for an esstimete... i was charged for storage fees which i was not told about and had no reason to leave it there.. they simply could say to pick up the car or else!...when i picked it up charges was almost $500...but fine i went and payed...when i pick it up i noticed nothing is in its place..portable dvd is missing along with Bose headphones..some cheep sunglasses i had..a swiss army flashlight..waterproof camera that i took pics and videos of my kids in Florida..priceless..im missing the footage..not so much the camera but those moments we had..im single dad and this means world to me..also i had Swiss army mans solder bag was stolen as well...no one wanted even to listen or take any responsibility..!

Update:I recently got my car back after being fixed at this place and I cant say enough good things about this place. OT is amazing and will help you from beginning to end. He was even nice enough to not only drop me off at work, but fix something free of charge for me. I highly recommend this place, you will not be sorry! Thanks for all your help OT Just left this place! Needed someone to fix my car after a hit and run. OT was very nice and thoroughly explained my damages, possible expenses for my insurance company to cover, and my deductible. I have not yet had any services done, but plan to within the next week or so, I look forward to getting my car repaired and trust they will do a good job!

Courtney Visser The best guys you can ever deal with!!!! Ben and OT and very straight forward and honest people. They conduct their business in a very courteous and polite manner. They treat their customers with respect and do not take advantage of them like other mechanics do. I have personally dealt with both of them at many occasions and every single time, they both make sure that I am completely satisfied with the work, not to mention that they always try to save me money and not have me change parts that I dont need. Whether you need mechanical work or body and paint work for you car, you owe it to yourself to visit Complete Collision. You will be very happy!!!!!

I exclusively use this company for any type of automotive needs (they do pretty much everything), and I could not be more pleased. I have worked with O.T. each time, and he is always thorough in his explanations and recommendations, and does NOT recommend anything that does not absolutely need to be done. Im a single female, know nothing about cars, and on a very tight budget, and I have unfortunately been taken advantage of and lied to repeatedly in this industry. NOT here. These are stand up guys that will get it done right, always charge you fairly, and go out of their way to provide superior customer service in the process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Debated between 2-3 stars. The end result is a fixed car that has good, solid repairs. However, the service my wife and I received was below average. The owner is very polite, but the people we worked with showed up 40 minutes late when we attempted to drop off the vehicle, and they did not have a rental ready as promised. When picking up the vehicle, they had lost the keys for ~20 minutes and could not find them, while they should have been hung with the other keys. The repairs were good, and were completed in the estimated/stated time, and the cost of the repairs were never changed or lied about.

Ive used Complete Collision for all auto repairs and servicing for a few years now. They do what needs to be done without overselling, and they do it right without inflated part or labor costs. They can handle repairs on high end vehicles, so Im not having to rely on dealerships after warranty. O.T. goes out of his way to explain findings, answer questions and discuss options. Zero pressure. Highly recommended.

Been in Complete Collision 3 times for the last 2 years ( one for body work and 2 other visits for mechanical repairs). these people beat all estimates from other shops. they even saved me hundreds od $$ from buying parts that were still in good shape (other mechanics shops included them in their estimates). when it comes to honesty, pricing and service, Complete Collision went far and beyond my expectations.

The new Owner, OT, of Complete Collision Center ,is very professional , i had them change my transmission and work on my AC unit as well as radiator of my 2000 honda, every time they finish on the time they told me and the quality of work was remarkable i recommend any one who is looking for a quality job and service for his car to give them a try, their prices are very fair. i give them 5 stars

Just had my car repaired here on 07/11 and I must say that they have amazing service! Fastest turn around time Ive seen and great work! Loved the customer service as well OT gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car and he was very trustworthy and honest about everything! I would definitely be back here and I definitely recommend this place for anything you need done to your car!!

I was in a minor accident last week and did not want to file with insurance. I received bids from 3 other shops and Complete Collision was the MOST affordable by a long shot; they even included a FREE rental car. The repair on my car was also finished within a few days of dropping my vehicle off. I will be using them again and referring their services to all my friends!

First-quality work, and low, honest prices. I have been there a numnber of times, for three different cars, and they have saved us thousands of dollars over the other estimates from other shops -- big and small. Plus - and this is hard to find these days - we trust them not to rip us off. Another plus: you will probably be dealing with the owners, Omar and OT.

I get compliments everyday @ how awesome my 2001 dodge ram pickup looks !! :-) the paint is almost 3 years old & it still looks like a brand new paint job @!!
