The body shop I manage (Harveys Paint & Body) has always sent all our upholstery work to Jerrys shop, even before they moved from Ross Avenue (downtown) to Quarry. Its a long drive now but still well worth it. He re-does our center console lids and matches the grain and stitch perfectly. We often need to get side air bags re-installed and then the seat panels re-stitched and he does it quickly and very affordably. His shop can handle all types of jobs, big and small. if its fabric, leather or whatever, it always turns out nice. We have referred many customers to him for headliners etc and not a single one has ever complained. I have also noticed over the years that his body shop does not try to get our customers to start using his body shop services. Jerry is the consummate professional with decades in the business. Love doing business with him.

Way better experience than I expected. The soft vinyl covering on the inside of my car door started peeling off, and Id put off getting it fixed for ages because I figured itd be a pain in the ass and expensive. The guy (Richard) who I met with was extremely helpful and even got there a few minutes before they opened so I could drop my car off and still get to work on time. The work was done very quickly, and when I picked up my car, I couldnt have been happier. The price I was told when I brought my car in was EXACTLY what I paid. May sound insignificant, but this was a terrific surprise for me, considering most auto shops double the bill in fees and various charges. My only regret was not going here 8 months ago when my vinyl started peeling. 10/10. Will absolutely be back for anything upholstery related at minimum.

Superb body shop with exceptional prices! I have been to other body shops, and this is the first one that got everything right the first time. My 96 Acura Integra GSR looks like factory and I have Jerry Moreno and his excellent crew to thank for it. There are factory dealerships I wont even allow to touch my car anymore, but Downtown Auto Upholstery and Body does their work with a true sense of craftsmanship and fairness. While I was sitting in the lobby, and gentleman came in and said Highland Auto referred him to Jerry; and there is no advertising like good word of mouth! -JAG

I called Jerry Moreno, to get the peeling door trim on my 2007 mustang fixed. I got a very reasonable quote for the work done. Jerry set up an an appointment for me to bring my car in, get the job assessed and backed his phone quote. Work performed was excellent. Overall, im very pleased with the 1. price , 2. quality of work for the price and 3. The customer service. If I ever needed to recommend an auto upholstery shop that wont rip you off, i know whom to recommend now!

Very impressed with the job Richard and his crew did on our vehicle. Our headliner had been ripped out, and we found them to be the best price after calling around several places. We had the car back the next day, and were very pleased with the results. Very professional, friendly service. Would recommend them to anyobe seeking car interior restoration. They made our old Jeep look sharp!
