Max and his guys at Karma Automotive were the best. The day I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, Max stayed past working hours just for my convenience. He walked me step by step through each part that would be replaced and how much each item was going to be. By far the easiest estimate process for my car ever. He worked with my schedule and got my car in and out. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked up the following Monday. When I got back into my car my washer fluid light was on, and Max and his guys took no time to make sure everything was up to par before I left his lot. They did a fabulous job! Max is a very hard worker and appreciates his crew, as well as his customers. He definitely made sure I was happy beyond belief with all the repairs. I recommend anyone that needs car repairs to go to Karma Automotive. Its worth every penny!

From the day I got my estimate, to the day I picked up my vehicle, Max did everything he could to work with me. Throughout the repairs he sent my pictures and videos showing me the progress at a high level of detail. Every day he was starting a new part and reaching out to me getting my opinions on how I want something done. Never in my life have I met someone so devoted to customer service. This isnt just a job for Max. This is his passion and his work really does reflect that. My vehicle came out of that shop looking better than the day I bought it. The Karma team went above and beyond to make my dream a reality. Karma earned a customer for life. If youre looking for a body shop, at least talk to max. Truly a great man.

Karmas customer service is even more amazing then the work they do. Max and his team did amazing work repairing my Camaro front end and splitter.They were able to repair the splitter when I thought it needed to be replaced saving me quite a bit of money. He and his team also ran into /found some unexpected issues that were not a part of the initial quote that had nothing to do with the actual repair work I was quoted for. This cost them quite a bit of time and work and that additional time and labor were not added on to the quote nor was I charged for it; he just took care of it for me. I was so pleasantly surprised and blown away. Thank you Max and team Karma!! You Rock!!! You have all my future business!!!

Brought my car to him after a neighbor backed into my drivers door. He gave me several options to choose from for repair and allowed me to choose. The work was done quickly (3 days) and I was updated every step of the way. The car looks as though nothing ever happened to it now! I appreciate the time and work put into completing my repairs as quickly as possible. I currently drive for Uber full time so getting my vehicle back fast was amazing! Max is the man! He does a great job at collision repair but what I really love is his custom work. You give him an idea and no matter how difficult it is, hell make it look amazing, all for a reasonable price! Forever will be my go to guy. All of his work is covered by a lifetime warranty as well. I had my front bumper repainted and some of it peeled off as I was washing my car . I brought it back to max and he fixed it, no questions asked. He even gave me a loaner car free of charge! You simply just dont find service like this anywhere anymore.

Max took the time out of his busy schedule to look over the the vechicle.He spent 45 minutes looking over the vechicle making sure I got a vechicle that hadnt been wrecked. When it came time I tried to give him money for his services. He refused taking my money and simply wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks so much for the great customer service. Karma is amazing! I originally went in for collision repairs, and ended up leaving with what looks like a whole new car. Max not only fixed my wrecked fender, but also did some extra cosmetic work: smoked tail lights and side markers, painted badges, and a spoiler add-on. Got all of this work done in 24 hours, and was kept updated during the entire process. Theres nobody else out there Ill trust with my baby, and Ill definitely be coming back for more custom paint work!

Service was incredible. Max (owner), dealt with the insurance and kept me up to date with the entire process. The work was great and the paint looks flawless. He even fixed a small dent on a quarter panel just because he couldnt stand to give me my car back with and flaw around what he was working on.
