Hello, I took my car to Service King in June for repair after my car was stolen and recovered in another state. My car was in your companies care for 23 days and the person assigned to help was Ken. The location was the 3504 Marvin D. Love, Dallas, Texas 75224. I received my vehicle back after being told 3 times that it was ready only to be told no, it wasnt. Things that were purported to be replaced were not. Things that were supposed to be replaced were not. My vehicle was reinspected by my insurance company after I asked them to investigate the location for insurance fraud due to my vehicle being returned clearly with damage still to it. I was given a supplement to take my vehicle back to service king or a location of my choice. I chose to try to use you guys again since there was such good work done with my family in the past on their vehicles. I spoke with Daniel at the location in Grand Prairie at 3060 W. I 20 (75052). I was told that he was booked but had to "check that I am going to get paid" even though he had the supplement and the authorization in his hand from my insurance company. He sent me on my way with the expectation that he would call me back the next day. I had to reach out to him 2 days later. I then was told he had to check with his managers which I thought he had been doing the previous two days. Told me he would call me back Monday. Reached out to him today (Wednesday) as I still had not heard from him. He then advised me that he was super swamped and didnt have time for the cars he has already. I asked what that means for me and he responded with I can always take it back to the first shop (the one that did not repair it correctly). I hung up. This is ridiculous and I would like to be contacted by someone in your corporate office or the office of the president about the way that I am being given the runaround. I am not asking for any favors and my insurance company has paid already and is willing to pay AGAIN to get my car back right. I shouldnt have to go jump through hoops to get help. I will be waiting to hear from someone about this issue. I have tried being patient, but I am very tempted to reach out to abc News8 investigates to see if maybe someone will respond to me once it hits the news about the shoddy work that was done and how one of your representatives charged my insurance company for work NOT done. Thank you.

I took my truck in today 6-27-2016 to get repaired and the guy going over the damages with me gave me the worst attitude just cause I was letting him know what one of my concerns were with the truck. I have it all on video and it will be all over the internet. I would not take any vehicle to these guys to fix. Theyll treat you like crap! I told him I didnt like his attitude and he said", Well, I dont like your attitude either". Now where I come from you dont talk to your customers like that. He never even apologized and then he still thought I was going to use them to fix my truck??? are you insane? I will never take my business to you guys after that. The only reason these guys get one star from me is because you have to a lest give one star in order to post your review. Otherwise I wouldnt even give them that.

I was in an accident in March 2016 and needed to get my front left part of car repaired they did the job quick but forgot to put screws in undercoverage of vehicle and it dragged and damaged. They also forgot to contact me after 2 months of rim cap being in. They also didnt put on or order a fog light cover on the damaged part of the front left of my vehicle. When I told Ken about it he said they snap on but sometimes pop off. Ken told me in June he would order one, its now October and i still havent received a call. Service king is good just dont go to oak cliff if you have a choice.

Poor communication. Had my truck for the better part of a month and when returned to me was missing a dash filler panel that the manufacturer no longer makes. It also had a large dent in the drivers-side rear door. The front end was not aligned (front-end alignment was listed on the bill) and my taillights did not work. I had to take it to another repair center to complete and correct the work. I will not use this facility again.

The customer service is terrible!!! It seems like the guys there do not even care. Plus, they have attitudes when asking a question about your vehicle. Also, provided wrong information to my insurance telling them it is not drivable when it really is drivable. Will not be going to this Service King in Oak Cliff never again.

On a road trip, front bumper started causing problems (PT cruiser.... notorious low front clearance) ....these guys were total sweeties, helped me out on their lunch break no less, and I was back on the road 1/2 an hour later. Yall rock!!!!!

I have dealt with this location in the past with my mothers vehicles. And the old Manager was respectful in every way. To hear he was terminated is absolutely horrible. He was a good man. Without him you have lost my business.

Bad communication. This GM kept trying to convince us that our insurance wouldnt pay for regal bcuz they wouldnt take the car without immediately working on it. They gossip more than work. Lazy office. Not helpful.

Had a scheduled appointment for estimates. The guys didnt get a chance to evaluate my damages due to the amount of people waiting for service. Wait time in lobby area was over 2 hours. We left. -5 Stars
