Dont let the shiny new building fool you. This place is no different than a back alley auto body shop. Terrible customer service with mediocre quality. They took 41 days to fix hail damage on my car. The work was delayed 3 separate times with minimal to no communication. I had to go to the shop because they werent returning any of my calls. Matt Grace gave bs excuses on why the car wasnt ready when it was supposed to be and assured me they would pick up all rental charges after the 30 days that my insurance covered. They have yet to pay my rental bill of $505, which has been charged to me by enterprise. According to Matt Grace he has "sent over the PO to them(enterprise)" but I called enterprise and was told they havent even received a call let alone a PO. Enterprise has actually made an effort to call Earth Collision to get payment but with no success. According to Enterprise this shop does this all the time; promise to pay rental charges but never do. On Monday I had enough and brought this to the attention of the general manager Robert. He was completely oblivious to my situation but assured me he would talk with Matt Grace and get back to me the next day. Its been 4 days since and I have yet to hear anything back from him. Dont trust this shops lies and take your car else where.

My wife made an appointment to have her drivers side window and trim replaced because of a few deep scratches from a rock flung up while she was on the highway. They told her they had pre-ordered the parts and made no mention otherwise when she dropped it off on a Thursday. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready 2 days later on that Saturday but the day came and went without us hearing from them. We figured they were running behind but when we still hadnt heard anything by Monday afternoon, she gave them a call. They said it was still being worked on. They again made no mention of the parts not being in. When the following Thursday came and we hadnt heard from them, she gave them another call. Someone finally told her that the parts were never pre-ordered and, in fact, they were on backorder for at least 3 more weeks. We were renting a car for her while hers was in the shop. By the time they told us they didnt have the parts and we were able to make it over there to get her still unrepaired vehicle back, the rental fees totaled close to $450. Weve now paid just about the entire cost of the repair ($500) and her vehicle still has the scratches.

I first took my Nissan Altima to Earth Collision Center in The Colony to fix a pretty large dent on the front bumper. The staff at the place were very courteous and helpful. 2 days later when I went to pick up the car, i couldnt believe my eyes. The car looked as good as new, the headlights which were cloudy before were all cleaned up, the front bumper was all nice and clean and you wouldnt say that there used to be a big dent in that spot. They even cleaned up the interior of the car. Great job done on the car!! 2 weeks ago, the driver side mirror broke while backing out of our garage. On a Saturday, I took it to the same location. I thought I might have to get the whole mirror replaced. The staff at Earth Collision Center, along with the assistance and supervision of JR, came to my rescue and fixed the mirror within an hour. I didnt even have to buy a new mirror. I couldnt be more happier with this business and would highly recommend it to everyone. They do an awesome job and have great, helpful and courteous staff.

Called up the place on a saturday as it was almost time to close. Talk to the guy to make sure they have time to get a rough estimate on my wifes car. So i get a tow to drop off the car and 20 mins later he writes me the estimate. I told him of our situation,that we are being relocated to flordia and that time was of the essence. He assured me they got experienced workers and that we are fine. So i had to discuss the quote with my wife to make sure everythings good on our end. So he let me leave the car since they were closed on sunday. We decided to go through with it. So i head back on monday with the key to get the ball rolling,as i walk in another person approaches me after me standing there for 15 mins. Tells me they are booked and they cant help me even after i told her i had the estimate here. She keeps telling SORRY SORRY THERES NOTHING I CAN DO. So now i got to pay for another tow and hopefully can get this car taken care of before we drive across the country. Unbelievable,thanks for nothing earth collision.

I dont even know where to start... Earth has had my car for 2.5 weeks for a simple sideview mirror replacement. They are now on their third attempt at getting the paint correct. Also, while the car was in their possession they somehow damaged the front end and had to repair/repaint the entire front end of my car. The damage to my car while in their possesion should be enough to scare away anyone looking for a bodyshop.. The best way I can describe this place to people is - its a body shop that cant get paint color to match on a 2 year old car with 15,000 miles and damage customers cars... To top it all off, the only time I ever get a status update on my car is when I call and ask for one. Even when THEY DAMAGED MY CAR and had to repair THEIR MISTAKE the only way I found out was becasue I called and asked if my car was ready! I would avoid this place at all costs

I have to tell you that being a customer of Earth Collision Center was an awesome experience! You never know what you are going to get when dealing with car repairs but this place is top notch. When GMC told me it would be two months before I could get my car fixed I started calling around. Not only did they get me in quick, but from the very beginning phone call to the completion and pick up of my vehicle, their entire staff was incredible. They communicated with me throughout the entire process keeping me up to date on their progress and they stuck to their timeline brilliantly. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know needing car repairs. Great job Earth Collision Center!

Had a great customer experience. My car had damage to both the front and rear and had some unseen damage to the radiator when the initial damage assessment was done. When I was actually driving the car to the shop for my actual appointment a few days later the car overheated and became undrivable. They paid to have a tow truck pick up the car and drive it to the shop. While the repairs were being done I would get email with photos of the current state of the vehicle which was also very helpful. The car looks great. Cant tell at all it was ever in an accident. Was very happy I chose Earth Collision center for my repairs.

My husband and I recently had our Pontiac Grand Prix repaired at Earth Collision Center. This has been out second accident in this vehicle, we had it repaired at another shop and that experience was horrible! At Earth Collision they found previous damage that supposedly had been take care of at the other shop. Not only did they repair the original damage but they also repaired what the other shop messed up. Our car looks impecable!!! Earth Collision Center is definitely the place to take your vehicle!
