This Midas Shop is by far the very best "complete auto maintenance and repair place youll find anywhere in North Dallas! I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for just about anything you could possibly need in the way of total automotive care ! These guys are amazing - theyre all so mindful and caring about the quality of their work. Ive been trusting Pete (the Manager) and his entire crew of expert technicians for over a year now to do everything Ive needed for my cars - including oil changes, transmission fluid changes, filters, hoses, belts, radiator flush, air conditioning work, full tune-ups / expert fuel injector cleaning, exhaust work, spark plugs, brakes....just about everything! Pete (Shop Manager), Curtis (Master Technician), Jennifer (expert mechanic) and ALL of the employees here are incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled, very polite, respectful and most of all, they truly demonstrate the highest level of honestly and professionalism you could ever expect from an automotive service shop. I fully trust them to work on all of my cars ...including my classic 1967 Camaro and my daily driver 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The atmosphere is welcoming, and as a customer, the main reason I feel confident having them work on my cars is because the employees are genuinely happy and fully engaged in their work - and it truly is the employees that make all the difference. Curtis -the Master Mechanic- is certainly one of the most experienced, skilled and exceptional technicians Ive ever met (and one of very few people I would ever trust to work on my 67 Camaro Show Car!). I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this Midas Shop for all your car care needs !!

I recently brought my 92 Geo Metro in to the Midas on Montfort to have a tune-up done and to have an exhaust leak diagnosed, along with a few other small issues I wanted them to look into. I brought it to this location because they had decent reviews on Google and on Yelp. I left the car with them, and I received a call each day letting me know the status of where they were with the car. They were very honest about anything they found that could potentially fail in the future, and did not pressure me into any services or repairs that my car did not need. They completed a rather large service and repair order within 3 days of me dropping off the vehicle (on a Thursday) and had me out by Saturday. The total price for all repairs ended up being significantly less than what I was originally quoted, because certain repairs did not end up needing to be made, or were less extensive than initially thought. After it was all said and done, my car runs great, just like I expected it to! Overall, I am very pleased in every aspect with this Midas location. Great Prices, Convenient Location, Fast Turn-Around, Knowledgeable Technicians and Friendly Service!

Went in for an alignment and a brake flush. They checked both the fluid and adjustment of the brakes at no cost. They told me that they thought that I needed a fluid flush and an adjustment. I went for it, and I am glad that I did. I have been wrestling with the brakes for over 2 years. The car finally has good feeling brakes and stops correctly. Also, they did a fine job on the alignment. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and yes, I will give them 5 stars, and I will be going back. Oh, and they also found a coupon that I missed to give me $20 off the total cost of the service. You dont get service like this just anywhere. I am glad I went to midas today. The price was very fair for the service (right around $200 for everything), the jobs were done right, and they saved me even more at the end. Combine that with some friendly staff, and you get a winning formula. I cant thank the guys over there enough. Really.

Midas is next to my work, I went to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Which I love that the tire rotation is included in the oil change. Where I normally take my car I was just getting an oil change and they were not doing anything else. Then I would have to take it somewhere else to get the tires done. I knew my brakes were going to need to be replaced soon and just didnt really think to much about it just yet. Pete called me to let me know my oil change was done and also where my brakes stood at this current time. I knew it was going to get worse if I didnt do it now so I went ahead and did. I have never had breaks done on any car I have owned due to not having them long enough, and Pete explained everything in detail to me and was VERY nice. I know several employees take their cars over but I am making sure to tell everyone to go see them just because of how polite and fast the service was!

AWESOME PLACE! I needed an alternator replaced on a 2004 Eclipse. I checked prices at several different mechanics, including the dealership. All prices came back in the $450-$500 range, with Midas at the top. The were REALLY eager to get my business, and after some back and forth on pricing, they suggested I purchase an alternator from the Autozone down the road, and they would install it for me for an hour of labor. In the end, I saved over $200 by bringing in my own alternator. Now, I wouldn't think twice about coming to this Midas for repairs, even if prices are a little high. They worked with me when I needed some help, and now they have a new customer for life.

The prices here arent the lowest, and the service times arent the fastest, but Pete and the crew consistently blow me away with customer service. They go above and beyond, they will work harder to make sure you get what you need, TODAY. They dont oversell, they work with you, I sat here today for some service and watched Pete fit in 2 more rotations for customers even though it might push the technicians a little after closing time. They use high quality parts and fluids, and will explain anything you want to know. I choose this place over cheaper options repeatedly because of service quality. Highly recommend.

Three things. 1. Fast nice service on a simple oil change and rotation. 2. Pricing was fair, and they didnt even attempt to sell unnecessary repairs. 3. I went in pretty close to closing on a Friday (I had an appointment). Right before they would be done for the day, an elderly couple come in. They explain how their engine started smoking after they visited a different mechanic. While Im sure the workers wanted to go home and enjoy their weekend, they stayed to help this couple. It was really impressive to see their commitment to service. Hats off to yall; youve won my business!

I took my Audi A4 to Midas and told them my dealership said I needed new brakes at a cost of $750-$800. The owner was a jerk, told me it was mandatory I get all my rotors replaced before he had even inspected them, and said they could "beat" the dealership price. He quoted me $650. I didnt want them to "beat" that price, I just wanted them to do the honest work necessary, at normal, fair, prices. I knew they were trying to rip me off, so I headed over to Just Brakes and got a quote of $350 for the exact same work. Ill never be returning to Midas.
