I came in and tried to get a basic oil change on my 2006 hyundai elantra. Said they would call me when it was ready (there were no other customers). Never called, so 15 minutes later I come back and asked if my car was done, and the guy said that my car has "an irregular drain plug" that they dont know how to take off. Ive taken this car to a multitude of places and never had a problem, and my boyfriend changed my cars oil just a couple months ago with no problem.

An hour and 15 minutes and counting to replace the battery I bought here. Ive asked several times and they are working on it. Last time I asked they just took the battery out. Do not go here. Autozone or Oriellys is worth the little bit extra money. Dont waste your life waiting on these people.

Pathetic customer service. No one wants to work here and it shows (except Vee). Thankfully I only purchased a battery that I took home to install. They will not work on my vehicle.

Oil change was fast. It said on the sheet that they vacuumed my carpet but it was not done at all.
