I am shocked by any comments on here that dont give these guys 5 stars. The five stars goes beyond the knowledge. Im familiar enough with vehicles having worked on my own cars over the years and I testify to the depth of knowledge these guys have. But beyond that, the 5 stars is earned by the honesty, integrity and customer service. I have had all three of my vehicles taken here over the past 12-months. They continue to impress after each visit. They have stayed late, spent time explaining issues and diagnosing problems, and most importantly, theyve consistently treated my wife and daughter with respect when Im not around. Although I live an hour away, as long as I live in the DFW area, this is the only shop that will touch my cars. Dont believe me, look at the negative comments and youll see the owner himself has reached out to try and offer customer service. My only wish is that I found these guys sooner instead of overpaying at the dealerships for so many years.

One of the owners, Mike, personally helped me when I took our minivan to them recently. He kept me informed while his crew ran a diagnostic check of my check engine light. They determine the issue with a brake light switch and were able to get the part in from a supplier quickly, even though it was late in the afternoon. This shop is very clean and the technicians were friendly. Free WiFi helped me get work done while my van was being worked on. Unlike other shops Ive been to recently, you can actually make an appointment and get your vehicle in right away. Their Little Elm location is also open Saturday mornings. Being able to get quick service and good communication is invaluable in a repair shop. I highly recommend Affordable Automotive.

My car was in need of a oil change, I tried Walmart two times, but the wait was always 2 hours. I called this place and they gave me an appointment at my convenience. I got there and waited for about 40 min. I think it took this long because I also needed a safety inspection. But the waiting time was not bad at all. The waiting room has a TV, and a little table with crayons for the little ones. The stuff was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they work fast!!

***WARNING*** dont take your vehicle to these tricksters. Took my 2002 Honda Civic in with overheating issue and they replaced radiator - $200, handed back saying the car was good, problem reignited. Replaced one thing after another at 4 separate occasions, totaling around $2000. Problem not solved. Now they refuse to work on the car unless we agree to pay $2,700 for a reconditioned engine! These guys are your typical ripoff repair garage, avoid them at all costs!

I went to this place to fix one issue. Somewhat they fixed the issue, but they introduced new issue in my car. So now constantly i hear the noise in my car. I observed that they are careless and no respect to customer . There is no value for the money i spent over there. Their service is not cheaper than others(including oil change). Sorry i dont recommend this place to visit.

Great customer service and always do a great job. They inform you of issues needing attention as mechanics should but arent pushy. Great job gents!
