I had a check engine light on in my mini Van. So I took the car over to them, they said its just a Oxygen sensor replacement. They charge me $ 450. They said it was a two hour job on a Saturday before the labor day. They finally delivered the car after 5 hours. The car would not start on Sunday and when I went back to them on labor day, Monday they say they are backed up and can not look at the car until Tuesday. This is not acceptable. They messed up my entire weekend and were rude when I asked them why they did not test drive and do a quality check before they delivered the car. This is the second time I had a similar experience with them and I recommend that our neighbors beware of the poor quality of the service and bad attitude towards customers

I was originally quoted just under $500 for replacing four fluids. When I told the guy I was going to shop around for a cheaper quote, he dropped it down to $300. I left and came back - he bumped it up to $330. I asked how long the service would take - he said two hours, three at most. The only person in front of me was getting an oil change (this was at 8:30 AM). Currently, Ive been waiting over 5 hours. I called a few minutes ago, and they said itd still be another couple hours or so, because, "the guy had a problem with another car." This location is unreliable, unabashedly rips people off, and has very poor customer service. This is the last time I will go here.

I got my tire repaired (nail) there today. What a surprise...the front desk said the cost will be FREE! Seriously?! But I still tipped the tech guy good because no body should work for free. While I was waiting I asked if I should get my tires changed soon, he examined every single one and told me he wont recommend to change them at this time because they are still in a very good shape. Very customer friendly! I will definitely come back to buy tires when its time. Thank you all!

Came to do inspection in the morning. Was told 40 mins wait time, but actually took more than 80 mins, Didnt seem to be busy, not sure what they were doing. And after long waiting they came to me saying the inspection failed. I Need to replace two front tires. I thought the tires are fine, just because they are in tire business, so they failed my inspection. A few days later, I went to Dekra, spent 20 minutes there and get the inspection passed.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are extremely over priced...they take too long....I recently found I had a nail in my tire....they told me I had to replace the entire tire...did not even take the time and see if they could repair it.....they were going to make me buy two new tires...overpriced! I instead took my car to discount tires on Ohio where they took out the nail easily....charged me nothing and were really quick. My word of advice: DO NOT GO HERE

Took my car in after a flat and they repaired it for free. Brian was fantastic, and I was out in under 25 minutes after my appointment, compared to hours at other places. The place was clean and there was plenty of parking. Completely coffee and drinks. Highly recommended!
