Ive been to a ton of different auto shops around DFW and I feel like a valued and long-time customer at this Meineke even though this was only my first time here. Pricing was fair, wait time & repair time were excellent, and they were able to get the part I needed same-day. When I came to pick up my car in the afternoon they greeted me by name. Jay was great, explained things to me very clearly and I didnt get a laundry list of things they insist I replace that day, so I appreciated that. I will definitely be back.

The front guy Tin was super nice and Eric the tech that worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable, completely trustworthy and told me exactly what I needed. My car was done at the exact time they said it would be and now it drives like a dream. I could not be happier about my experience. I will continue to take my cars here.

Great customer service! Very clean waiting room and kid friendly iPads. Offered promotional discounts. Complimentary water bottle waiting in my car was a great finishing touch. Will definitely be returning!
