My small company and household have between 7 to 8 vehicles that we depend on Firestone to stay healthy and on the road. Jeff Allen and his associates of Mark and Steve, do a great job of not only providing service, but quick service as I might need that vehicle for work the next day. Steve has been know to go and pick up tires on his "off hours" at 7 am in the morning and drive across the Dallas metroplex to get the needed tires or parts to his store at 8 am. He didnt officially check in on the clock till 10 am. We, Spriggs Brothers Organics, were able to get our service truck by 9 am that morning due to Steve going the "second mile.That is the kind of dependable service that we continually get from manager Jeff Allen and his staff. By the way, if Jeff and his staff dont get it right the first time, talk to these men. I have found that they will do whatever they can to make things right in the end. Having as many vehicles as we have, sometimes "stuff" happens. Firestone has always treated me fairly for over 16 years of being in business in Collin County.

I purchased tires with a warranty and they forgot to balance them, I got in my car and the car had a terrible vibration. I immediately called them and they said to being it back in. I walked back in the store not five minutes later and told the guy what happened, he told me since I didnt have an appointment I would have to wait another two hours. I asked for their manager and she had them pull the car around where it sat for another hour before they even took the wheels off or looked at it again. I got the car back and it still had a vibration, they told me my fusion with 18k miles on it needs new shocks and thats what it shakes now. I will never do business with Firestone again, they refused to refund me for my tires because apparently their tire guy who forgot to balance my tires is an expert about how cars work, even though he cant figure out how to use a balancing machine and never looked under my car. Stop feeding customers bogus information and treat them with respect.

1) I brought my truck in for a state inspection, they told me I needed to have brake wires replaced, otherwise it would not pass the inspection. I asked them to put it in writing, but they were very reluctant. I was very suspicious and brought my truck to another shop and they passed the inspection without any problem and they confirmed that the brake wires were in good shape. 2) I brought my Honda Pilot for an oil change and was told that I had a damaged drain plug and needed a new oil pan. I told them that Honda dealer changed the oil previously and I needed to take it back to Honda dealer if that was the case. They told me the car was not drivable and needed to be towed to Honda in Frisco. Honda dealer was very nice to arrange the tow and they checked the plug and told me everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with the drain plug and the car was absolutely drivable. Firestone made it very difficult to have my Pilot leave their place. I dont trust this place anymore.

Bought tires and alignment/balance package here. Every time I go in, they say I need extra work done. I always say no, and I do it myself or go elsewhere if the work is above my limited mechanical competence. From my experience, their prices are usually significantly higher than competition. Also, they recently claimed I needed ball joints and tie rods replaced. I took the vehicle to another mechanic who said the ball joints are perfectly fine, and only the tie rods needed to be replaced. I have experienced the same nonsense with low tire pressure at this location as others stated in their reviews. More than once I have had to put air in my tires because they failed to do it for me while getting work done.

Got a oil change, left a old oil drip can in my engine bay that fell out or else I would have never known it was there. I heard something rattling but didnt think anything of it. I needed one new tire and ended up getting 4 which is okay, but they couldnt get my spare off for some reason it was "stuck" so when I came back to pick my car up I had to show them how to take my spare off and got my hands dirty which is exactly why I took it in to begin with because I had a meeting and was trying to keep clean. Fair customer service , poor knowledge. Wont be back.

My daughters vehicle needed an oil change and when she dropped the car off I had her tell them the power ports stopped working and to tell them it was probably a fuse and please change the fuse after doing the oil change. After having the car a day they called said it was not the fuse and they asked me to pay $65 plus tax to trace the wiring. I told them no and took the car back. I checked the fuse and indeed the fuse was blown - fixed it myself for $0.50. Beware of this company. This is fraudulent business behavior!

Came in to get tires replaced, now I cant even pull out the parking lot because my tire outer rods scrap with the rim. They said they have nothing to do with it but I have owned the camaro for two years and all the sudden this happens? What a wonderful outcome. Last time I ever go back to this location or company. I should have gone with discount tire instead.

Went in for a simple tire alignment and ended up costing me way more I dont know what they did but then my tire service light came on and they forced me to get a replacement tire. Just completely unethical and unprofessional I would never trust these guys. They all just group together and attack the customer and are very hard to deal with this.

I can honestly say Ive never heard of a state inspection fail reason being wiper blades. Also said my alt belt needed to be replaced to pass and took it to another garage and they couldnt believe those were fail reasons. Youd think with such long wait times theyd hire some more techs, but guess not. Will not be coming here again.

Went in for new tires, an alignment.... When i left and came home i noticed my tires were ALL LOW! turns out the person that put my tires on didnt check the PSI and all tires were LOW!!! I had to add my own air at home. REALLY!!! YOUR A TIRE STORE!!!!

Needed alignment and rotation.... I brought it in 11am and I came back at 1:30 and the car hadnt moved. He said there were 3 cars ahead of me..... Soooo is it 1 hour per car or what? Dont go to this place if ur trying to get quick service.

This is my closest Firestone and Ive never had a bad experience there. Ive always been treated more than fairly on every question or issue I bring in. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Super easy to get the oil changed and get tires. I walk down to Starbucks and my car is usually ready pretty quick. I dont get to excited over car repair, but this place has been pain free.
