Troy and Nathan did an excellent job installing new water heater after old heater begin to leak. Old heater was a 40 gallon and new 40 gallon heater would not fit in kitchen closet due to size, newer models have for insulation and to install would have required cutting out framing for a bigger opening. After talking with Troy I decided on a 30 gallon water heater that would fit so I removed the door and Troy removed the door stops to where the 30 gallon tank just made it into the closet. To my surprise we have had enough hot water to supply demand. Also Troy had to bring several items up to code. Not only that Troy reinstalled all items removed a did a cleanup of the work area. The plumber that was sent was very courteous. I was startled at the estimate of cost but expected that the repair (to a copper system) would be like the original. Though the repair will work, I had anticipated a repair with swetted connections. Instead, plastic, friction fit connectors were used. The total charge was exhorbitant. His answer was that he was only going by the book. I had a self-employed plumber do more extensive work a few months ago and would have called him but he is on winter break.

Troy and Allen came to unclog my kitchen drain and they were so nice and helpful. After clearing the drain, Troy explained how my drain/disposal piping was set up incorrectly and that they were more susceptible to clogs. He took the time to explain the problem and ways to avoid it in the future and then he went beyond the service call and fixed a problem with my faucet that I didnt realize I had! I will definitely call Public Service Plumbers for my next plumbing issues.

Love this company and will use for all plumbing needs. Better pricing the quoted and fast friendly service. Main water pipe broke early Thursday morning and was fixed by Thursday at 3. Alex and Dehbi showed up earlier than even scheduled and we ended up only paying $310 when the quote was for around $500. I love this company and thank them for prompt and courteous service.

They have done service for me on numerous occassions whether it is a week day or weekend. They are prompt, efficient and get the job done right the first time. Their pricing is fair and the quality of work is beyond compare to anyone else in town. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Great people, but took much too long to figure out the sewer connection and thus the actual rooting out of our stuck sewer line cost twice what I had expected and what I had understood to be the average fee to expect. That being said, the on-site staff were excellent.

Efficient. On time. Fairly straightforward problem. Asked about a camera to check the pipes and said it wasnt needed unless there was a recurring problem. Didnt oversell me on services. Will use them again.
