We noticed a water leak in our front yard on Monday afternoon. I wasnt sure where it was coming from. After I was done panicking, I decided to try to shut off my lawn sprinkler valve. It seemed like a logical place to start. No matter how I tried, I couldnt turn it....it was then that I looked up and noticed a work truck stopped in front of my house. The truck was marked Pro-Service Plumbing!! I thought to myself... it was a gift from above!!! Tom, the owner had stopped to check his phone. I got his attention and explained my dilemma. He offered to look at it and proceeded to help me shut off the valve. Well it turns out that it wasnt the sprinkler system but the main water service line!!! Since Tom was so nice to help me, I decided to go with his company for the repair. Next morning first thing, he had his crew out to fix the line, we decided to replace the existing line with a new line. We have large mature trees in our front yard which probably caused the problem. By noon we had our water back on and all was good! We did have a problem with the crew accidentally cutting a sprinkler system electrical line and not realizing it. They sent out Daniel to troubleshoot and he took care of the problem. Thank you Tom and Pro-Service Plumbing. Everyone was super professional and attentive. I would highly recommend anyone needing a good reliable plumber to call them!

After further investigation, this company is suspected of writing their own reviews. The first thing I was told when inquiring about service, is to check thier reviews. Also, further investigation reveals that this company does not have an office. The main number is transfered to a third party answering service and then the owner is paged with the message. However, I did find they do average work; if you like paying $288.00 an hour. Check the BBB, a current investigation may be open. Also, when they clean up, make sure its done right the first time or before you pay them, it is impossible to get them to come back. .

We have used this company for our front yard faucet, stopped up sink, broken toilet, hooking up a refrigerator and just today replacing a water heater. They have always been fast to respond, great prices and completely reliable on their work. They are family owned and we will never call another plumbing company. Three hours from my initial phone call to a newly installed water heater, you cant beat that. I cant say enough good things about them! I dont know about the bad comments, for all five of our visits over the past two years, never a single complaint!

Just paid $125 for a plumber to walk around my yard and not fix anything. I called after hours for emergency service and got nothing out of it. I could tell the service man did not even want to try to located our outside drains. Worst service ever! Ill go back to roto-router least they actually work for their money.

I had a burst faucet that was flooding my kitchen and my main shutoff valve out front didnt work. I called Pro-Service and Bo was here within 5-6 minutes to shutoff the water at the street. He then fixed the problem before we could finish wet-vaccing ie he was sitting in water. Thanks guys, you saved us.

Had trouble with a different Plumber and Pro Service came right out same day and fixed the issue for $50 less. Thanks again Guys!
