Frank and his son are actually here now. They are great! I knew I had a leak underneath my pier and beam home. My water bill was outrageous last month. I had two other "commercial" companies come out to give me estimates. It became clear that they were more interested in how much they ding me for more than anything else. Neither even attempted to diagnosed my problem. They just took what I said, and started telling me how much it was going to cost me. One of the commercial companies wanted to charge me 400.00 JUST TO GO UNDERNEATH MY HOUSE! My toilet was also running. They wanted to charge me 219.00 to fix. I only need the stopper replaced, which costs 5 bucks at Lowes, but they wanted to change out parts that werent broken! Luckily I found Frank online and called him. Frank and his son came out Tuesday, right on time I might add, and before they knocked on my door, theyd already began troubleshooting my problem. They turned my water off outside to rule out what it wasnt. They ruled out my sprinkler system and faucets outside, but they could tell that I did have a leak someplace. They knocked on my door, introduced themselves, and told me what theyd already done. Frank then turned off my hot water and boom! There was my leak. They came back today (again right on time) to fix my problem. Frank is very knowledgeable and a great guy just to chat with. He fixed my toilet from running by replacing the stopper (it did not cost 219.00 either). They are now fixing the hot water leak. Im not easily impressed, but these guys are very impressive. I think Ive found my plumber for life! I would highly recommend Frank Smiths Plumbing!!!!

These guys are the best. I had a hot water line leak in my kitchen and they had it fixed in no time. They showed up early which was great and their prices were really affordable. I highly recommend them, I couldnt have asked for a better plumber

Frank was great. He responded quickly and a kept me informed when hed be able to take care of our situation. He confirmed the problem and told us what to do before he arrived. Didnt over charge, and he this was all done on Christmas Day.
