I had a flood under my pier and beam house March 3, 2016. I called the city first and Baker Brothers Plumbing second. (I saw their commercial using technology to find leaks) The office person, Mary, was extremely helpful, efficient, articulate and professional. The instructions I gave her for orchestrating contact was followed to the letter. Contact was made promptly that day and Brad Robinson came to my residence exactly when he said he would. He assessed the problem, I swallowed hard and said I would think about it. (really no choice but I needed to process the $$$, I already had similar quotes.)Then as we were assessing some other minor issues of mine, I remembered I left the back door open where my two dachshunds were. No dogs! it was 6:00 pm and I was frantic. To my surprise, Brad offered to get in his vehicle (Baker Brothers motor home!) and assist me in locating my dogs. He spent about 45 mins. driving slowly down through the neighborhood while I remained on foot. Finally my babies were found and put safely back in their yard. I told Brad that anyone who would help me look for my dogs, people just dont do that, I would gladly give my business to. It was never about the estimate being too high. I already knew the work to be done was pricey regardless of who did the repairs. Its always, who do I trust to do me right! Brad came back with J Pack, March 4, 2016, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Brad was professional in all aspects of his work and communication with me. I have had many repairs in my lifetime being as old as I am. I have never had such a great feeling spending as much money as I HAD to spend to save my house. The entire experience left me wanting to share and definitely recommend Brad Robinson and Baker Bothers. They deliver quality service, knowledgeable employees and professional interaction starting from the initial "call-in" to the end of services rendered. I couldnt ask for a better experience. No frustration or worries that I was taken advantage of or mislead on work needing to be done, like I unfortunately/typically do. 5 STARS PLUS! *****GO TEAM BRAD ROBINSON!!!!****** Very satisfied 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Hays

Sean Ladd did an excellent job. He came here for one thing but was more then willing to do replace BOTH my toilets, look into my sink drains and basically said I am all yours to do whatever you want. He was super honest about things, I never once felt like he was trying to up-sell me or take advantage of me financially. I completely trusted him and would actually feel safe if I had to run an errand and leave him at my home by himself if need be - which is very RARE to find these days. He was extremely professional and even I continued to tell him he did not have to wear the slippers over his shoes b/c my floors need to be washed anyways he insisted he leave them on. Every single time he went in and out the door he would put the slippers back on over his shoes - which I actually really appreciate as SOOOOO many companies where their shoes in the house and it drives me crazy as it is gross. So I very much appreciated that that is company policy. I also told him he could leave the old toilet on the curb as someone would pick it up but he would not b/c someone could cut themselves, which I thought was very respectful. He has been a pleasure to work with and is a very nice person and very respectful and after my experience with Sean I would never use another company for any plumbing need. I am even now part of the family plan because of Sean. Excellent , stellar service!!! You have definitely earned a forever customer based on my experience today with Sean Ladd. I will be sure to also to recommend your company on my community website as the neighborhood around where I live very much depends on referrals and recommendations. EXCELLENT SERVICE and I am beyond happy with Mary for setting up the service SO fast and then the top notch customer service I got from Sean Ladd. He was even willing to talk to my Dad via phone when I could not answer my Dads questions as to what exactly Sean was doing. My Dad even asked Sean to look at a few things for me while he was here and Sean was more than happy to not only talk to my Dad but also follow through on the requests my Dad asked him to look into. Very happy with Baker Brothers and Sean Ladd!!

Im giving them a 3 because they came and fixed the brick they jacked up. Needed outside repairs to water faucet that was leaking, dude said he had to go through drywall on inside AND brick on outside, told us that he doesnt do drywall so we would have to fix that on our own, what he would do the brickwork the brickwork was jacked up so Baker brothers had to send somebody out to see if the warranty cover the brickwork it did so they fixed and repaired the brickwork at the guy jacked up Had a pretty big leak in our garage from the pipe that was in our bathroom, baker brothers came out they tore out the drywall in my garage fixed the leak however there was another leak that they shouldve seen didnt( so clearly we have spent into the 3000 as far as money goes )so I called him back I explain to them and write them an email that we still have a leak they need to come out and fix it I was told somebody was gonna call me the next day nobody called me, the next day I sent another email somebody finally called me said somebody was coming out that person never showed up I called again they finally had the assessor come out he said yes there was a pipe leak that he was going to go check on the warranty and call me within two hours, I never received a phone call back. I called back a week later wrote another email finally got a call back he said yes they shouldve seen it in today theyre supposed to come out and fix this leak covered by the warranty, they were supposed to be here at 9 oclock its 945 I had a text message at 7:41 this morning saying that this person was on their way Ive been here all morning again its 945 now but I received a phone call at 9:15 from the person saying he was on his way when I explain to him and he was supposed to be here at 9 oclock he told me that he had to unload stuff from his truck and and they had meetings all morning thats my experience with Baker brothers keep your records of emails keep your records and receipts of everything its not worth the headache. Still waiting....... Just showed up...

First of all, I never write reviews so that alone should speak a lot. I am not here to claim this company is fraudulent or "crooks." I am only here hear to inform people of what to expect. Our water heater stopped producing hot water. I called Baker Brothers after seeing their advertisements on WFAA. The receptionist was very nice and informed me I need to speak with "Steve" who is one of their plumbing specialist. Steve asked me some generic questions and aged my water heater to about 7 years old. He informed me that for a $39 "Trip Fee" a plumber would be sent to my house. Maybe it was my fault for not asking more but just to warn you guys, this $39 just pays for them to come out to your house. Thats it. Once they arrived, they informed my wife that in order to diagnose our all electric water heater, it would cost $235 and some change. In this case, all they would do is use a voltage meter to make sure its not a breaker issue (electricity going to the heater) and check the heating elements. (You can easily find multiple You Tube videos that show you step by stop how to do this yourself) We respectfully declined the $233 fee as this would not solve our issue nor even go towards the final repair once it was detected. The plumber then informed us that if it was just the heating elements, replacement would be $600+ and if we wanted a brand new water heater it would cost $1,100. SO, long story longer we asked the guy to leave and paid their trip fee which was pointless. We called around some more and went with Home Depot to replace our water heater. We bought it ourselves ($298) and paid a flat fee for them to install it the next day. Total bill was $650 and we were very pleased with the installers as they even told us they may have to replace some additional things that would cost a total of X. They ended up not having to do that so that shows me they were honest. I would not recommend Baker Brothers. Thank you for your time.
