I took my girlfriends here during our Girls Trip and we all were treated very professional and were well taken care of us. Four of us had an appt and were taken back as soon as we arrived. We each had pedis and three had manicures. I heard not one complaint. It was very busy and out of a packed salon, I only saw one woman unhappy, but she was unhappy when we first walked in the door, so not sure what that was all about. I would totally recommend this salon and I plan on taking my daughters their for a spa party.

The absolute worst manicure I have ever gotten. The manicurist hardly filed my nails leaving them rough and not even straight. My nails are longer on the outside than on the inside, how does that even happen?! Not to mention she cut my cuticles so short I bled! Plus, if you try to pay with a credit/debit card they ask you for some other form of payment, if you dont have another form of payment the guy gets mad and is extremely rude. I will never go there again.

What a horrible experience. Asked for almond shaped acrylic gel for two daughters. Came back to square set on one and FOUR bleeding fingers with no set on the other. Only a manicure. They said it was their fault for miscommunicating. THEN when we agreed for a redo at no charge, they charged anyway and said it was another miscommunication on my part. His words at checkout exactly "$45" then ran my card for $90. What a horrible business.

This salon has drilled my nail beds down to the point they were bleeding when I went in to let them fix my nails they just drilled more. And today I went in for a pedicure they let me sit there for an hour with my feet soaking while they took new clients. I would not recommend them for anyone. They have horrible customer service and thier technicians do not care if they damage you.

I really enjoy coming here! Jimmy does the best manicures EVER! Tracy & Leon do wonderful & gentle pedicures. I have a foot with nerve damage & so I always need someone who can be GENTLE with me. Richard has 3 or 4 folks that are able to do my pedi without me ending in tears. (LOL - this including Richard!!!)

This nail place seems to be the best in Granbury, I have heard many people besides myself say this. They have a great spa pedicure with massage and salt rub, I have not had the manicures yet, but the folks that work there are really nice and good at what they do! I highly recommend unique nails.

Richard and the team he has working with him seem to be one big family. I LOVE going there. They have pedicures from 25$ up. I love going there they are always friendly and polite. Love LOVE LOVE THEM. Congratulations!!!! On making the best of the best in Granbury. Your team is awesome!

Very good, best I found in Granbury, so good I had to go home and get my husband so he could get a pedicure too. Very clean nice friendly people, and pampering, its more like we were used to coming from Houston

I love this place. I am always treated special and welcome. They do fantastic pedicures and nails. The new remodel is amazing. Makes you feel like youre really getting pampered. Love the new margarita machine!!!

Waste of Money..Absolute Rip-Off, RUDE and took FOREVER to do a full set, I dont think the girl had EVER done nails before, within 2 days I had 3 nails on one hand break off. Waste of time and Money!
