Lena is an awesome stylist and Hairdresser. She knows what style exactly her clients want. I was initially looking for a hair stylist for my wife and we stumbled down upon a groupon Deal. I am not a big Groupon user and use it twice a year hardly. Initially we were skeptical but later we realized how lucky we’d been. We’ve been visiting her for more than year. She is also super customer friendly and always goes an extra mile to help her clients. We once had a last minute trip to west coast and she drove down 20 miles plus all the way on a weekend only for us. I don’t think anyone else would do it other than Lena. She also knows what style would suit whom and she’ll never go wrong. We do also thank her for accommodating our messy kindergartener and the free gifts she gave us. Other than being a stylist, Lena is an amazingly friendly person. It’s very hard to find a person like her in today’s world. We’d been lucky.

Lena is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me an awesome haircut and some tips on how to style it. I have curly hair that is very thin, so usually stylists dont know what to do with it--it always ends up looking the same and with either too much volume (too short, too many layers) or too flat, but Lena struck just the right balance. BONUS: book an appointment with her and you automatically get an amazing scalp massage that seriously made my week. She does the scalp massage, shampoo, haircut and blow-out for close to what Ive paid JUST for a blowout at other places. I found Lena on Groupon or Living Social (dont remember which) and feel like Ive finally found my go-to stylist in Austin! Couldnt be happier!

I cant testify to her work but I can say Im pretty unhappy that she refused to do the services I bought because "Groupon takes all the money". She told me to cancel the Groupon and to buy it with her but thats an inconvenience. I wish I could have tried out this salon because of the other good reviews but the business owner did not want to offer me a valid coupon that she herself had posted through an advertising service.
