Used to be great and now under NEW Management. This new management is Dodgy!!! Crooks! I ended my contract with them and they owe me 1month pro rated back pay and I have yet to receive anything. I used to love this place. Key word, USED to! This is back when they were run by "Bullseye Storage"! But they sold this particular place to a company called Advantage Storage and right there the class and any sense of professional ethics went with it. I ended my contract with then Jan 9th 2017 and had a credit of $130 for the month of Jan + Feb with them. I was told by the manager that I needed to put 10days notice so my contract should show I ended it in Jan 20th. He told me I would be prorated the 11 days left over in January (a refund of $22 usd) and given back Feb ($65) rent. I asked if if there was anything else I needed to do because I am leaving for a 1month Asia trip and want this settled. He told me everyrthing is settled and to expect the refund in my bank account. Weeks pass and Im in Asia and NO refund. I wrote the management to remind them but the manager acts surprised as to the situation and says he is on it. More time passes and its been almost 1months an no refund. Again I get the run around from the manager. Finally its 1.5months and I have not gotten any replies. Yesterday I get back from my trip and call them personally. He has his front desk receptionist in training and when I mention my name she puts he phone aside and I can hear him clearly probe her as to why to tell me. Im so upset! I tell her, how can he knowing the issue I have and report with him not take the call personally. I ask to speak with him. When I get him on the phone he seems slighted and half heartedly apologetic. I ask him about the refund and he tells me that his upper manager said they decided yesterday (nearly 1.5months after I turned in the keys for my storage unit) to give me February back. As if February was ever under discussion. Then I ask him what about the left over days in January I due. 11prorated days. $65 per month, 11 prorated days refund of $21/22. He told me management feels the month of January is not owed to me! I asked them whats the legal basis of this if you have a 10day in notice clause. He couldnt respond and admitted that it was unfair! he again asked me not to write a review but I have yet to receive a dime of my money back. I was a good customer of theirs and the old management would of never done something like this. This is deplorable to cheat someone out of just a few bucks! Nearly 2 years I have been with bullseye storage and never had an issue. I would always overpay in advance my rent. I was the pretty solid good customer of theirs. But this new management is something else. Dont go to them! Crooks! Seedy people who will do anything to squeeze a. Yuck out of you! If they could do this to me over a lousey few bucks imagine what they could do if someone actually had some things in their storage unit of value! This place is dodgy!

However its the first thing you should be thinking of. After dealing with some other storage places in lack of availability I fortunately saw the sign off of the highway for advantage storage. After dealing with some other storage places in lack of availability I fortunately saw the sign off of the highway for advantage storage Mike and Scarlet could not have been nicer in helping me manage what I needed what would fit and finding a suitable unit for me. The prices were absolutely competitive if not better than the other local places and in a matter of minutes I had a storage unit with a lock on it a key security code and everything I needed. Access to the unit is available from 6 AM to 9 PM and its all coded and secured and they have climate controlled and non-climate controlled. The convenience of it being right off the highway is also tremendous. I would highly recommend giving them a try. They help me solve a major logistical problem when dealing with the flood.

What a wonderfull place. incredible staff. Extremely friendly. I had to store my household goods there, since I was moving to Canada, which included my wifes paintings that she had painted herself, so you can imagine my concern. After shopping around and looking at other places, I was extremely relieved to find bullseye storage. The management there from day one set me up, and even though I had to upgrade to a bigger space, they accomodated me without any hassel. I can say this in all honesty, in the one year that I stored my stuff, I was concerned about a lot of things, except for the gear in my storage unit! Great rates, no hidden fees, no contracts, just simply a great storage solution. When it was time for me to move they had no problem that I put an ABF u-haul pod there for 24 hours or so, to pack my stuff! Great staff, great location, extremly safe, and best of all no hassle!

Top tier storage facility! I currently have 3 units and all were immaculate when I moved in. I never see trash laying around anywhere on the property. All of the units in the facility are easy to access making move-in / outs hassle free . Amazing on-site staff eager to meet any needs I have. The manager, Judy, genuinely wants to keep her clients happy. Also as a bonus they have a moving truck available free of charge to all tenants. They will even load you up with water to survive the HOT Houston days while you move-in. I am grateful that such a well run storage unit is located so close to where I live.

Due to many "life events," we needed to rent storage three times over three years. We chose Bullseye on Weslayan each time and couldnt have been happier with their service. John and Sharon are a real pleasure - very professional, friendly and on top of things. The facility is always clean, well-lit, secure. Many times when Id call about a question or request, they had already taken care of it. Prices are fair, and they are customer-friendly with helping ease all aspects of choosing a unit, passwords, payment, contracts - everything. I highly recommend this location!

I have used many storage places before. Public Storage, U-Haul, Self Storage 1. This is by far the best. I like the location because it is less busy. Most importantly, the staffs, Judy and Lou, they are super super sweet and efficient. Very helpful, almost smiling, very friendly. The storage is a good deal. They had the best deal while I was shopping around for a 2-bedroom storage size. When you rent storage, they even gave you a very good lock to use, and Free Truck when you move in. Best storage ever in my experience.
