HORRIBLE customer services and BAD QUALITY GLASS... GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE...!! Guy named Nima (who is apparently the owner) is one greedy idiot. So MANY THINGS went wrong with this transaction Ill just write about the most irritable one. He gave me what i thought was a great deal on a new windshield so i took it. Once I started driving i noticed a distortion on my windshield, right at my eye sight. The windshield he sold me was defective. I couldnt see what was in front of me clearly and therefore, I had to lean certain ways with my face almost to the passenger side in order to get a clear image in front of me.If you pulled up next to me Id look like Nima...an idiot...As I go face him about this piece of crap he called a windshield, He doesnt see it.After I waited two hours for him.. He doesnt see the distortion and he refuses to replace me my windshield.I asked a customer of his to come look at my windshield, the customer obviously saw it and said it was there...All Nima had to say about this was ...well buddy I cant help you... I dont see it...said the "auto glass expert" and later just walked away from me....The repair would have cost him time and money to keep customers happy but obviously the customer services or quality, for that matter, is not the most important thing for him. He is unprofessional, the crew that came to change my windshield left my car filthy, and Atlas Auto Glass DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS... go look somewhere else...!!! this company is everything that is wrong with some of these service places alike... I understand that maybe some glasses are faulty however, I expect Atlas Auto Glass to apologize for it and keep the customer happy by replacing the damaged item with a proper working windshield but that is to much to ask here at Atlas Auto Glass

When one of my rear windows would not roll up, I did some research and discovered I could buy a kit for ~$175 and repair the thing myself.... if I had all of the tools at my disposal. Well, I didnt. So I headed into Atlas just get an estimate. It was a Thursday afternoon, and I was surprised to find they were actually pretty busy! I was acknowledged right away but told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes before anyone could help me. Totally understandable. As soon as a mechanic was free, he walked with me out to my car (I had to park around the corner, this was during the worst of the Fairview construction and road demolition) and he confirmed what my research had told me. Basically, this was common with my make/model/year, that I could do the repair myself, that I could buy the kit online. He told me the work wouldnt take long, an hour tops, and would cost about $200. I handed him my keys and walked to Boheme for a cocktail. An hour later, my window was fixed and the cost of the repairs was basically what I would have paid for the kit alone! Under $200! This was months ago and my window is working well. Highly recommend. Honest work and price, very courteous, and the fact that they were busy is indicative of the reputation they have in this neighborhood.

I ll get right to the point, TERRIBLE experience. It took several visits and they still didnt get it right. 1 The initial drop off, 2 They had the handle caught up in plastic liner inside the door, 3 The glass didnt get vacuumed out of the door, 3 The glass was not installed in the door track correctly, 4 The window was hard to roll up and down. After this the guy "running" the place says my truck is older and it needs a new window track. At this point, and after asking to speak to the owner, who is in another country and nobody knows when she is coming back. I decided to just get away from these bozos. I took my door panel apart to fix it myself and found the "mechanic" had broken a clip off a new piece of weatherstripping that I just bought and paid extra to have install which takes about ten seconds when the window is out. I realigned the window track and its working fine. There was another person I saw working on cars who had to hold his head 6 inches from his work because he needed glasses so badly. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I literally just got home from these guys. I have just used them for the third time, granted all three times were for the same thing. My car (Yaris) got broken into again and I needed my front passenger window replaced. Each time they did same day (same hour) repair and right now (third times a charm) it took about 40 minutes! Wow! I have been happy with them each time. I thought I would be nice and vacuum some glass out before they got to work this time but had missed some spots. They made sure to get it all out. My window runs about $165 but that is really low when compared to other places like Binswanger (near $350 for same thing) and SafeLite (over $250). I am happy to use local businesses and glad these guys havent ever done me wrong. The only other advice I have is that if you live in H-town and park on the street you are asking for this repair. I know, my boyfriend knows, and all of our neighbors know from experience. Thanks Atlas!

If you have a nice care, stay away! They damaged my new low profile sports car (front spoiler/lip) after I specifically told the technicians not to drive over the storm drain in front of one of the bays. Well it happened and after going round and round with them for 3 weeks (even though the technician admitted he did it), they still refused to take responsibility and order the part/fix the bumper. This inaction and lack of returning our multiple calls forced us to call our insurance company. They will pursue Atlas for the damages. This is sad as we live in the neighborhood and expect better customer service/response. We will NEVER use Atlas Auto Glass again and are disappointed in the lack of accountability and reponse from Allen and TJ. Failure to repair a car they damaged is negligence! This is NOT the first time. Buyer beware!

Not only did the quote on the phone and once I got in the shop increase by 150%, but the workman-ship was poor. I had to have my passenger side window replaced on my truck after having it shattered and broke into. I called the morning of to receive a quote and if they had the part in stock. Once I arrived I was given a second quote of $150.00 more than on the phone 20 minutes earlier. They did honor the phone quote after I threatened to take my business else-where (I still ended up over-paying). They proceeded to change the window and send me on my way, however they did not vacuum out the door where the glass had been shattered. Now, every time the door shut you hear the glass rattling around. I will be going back to have this fixed. Overall very bad experience.

We had someone break our driver side window of our Altima. When we noticed this quick attention to this issue was a must. Atlas was very quick to communicate back with us on a quote. They scheduled the repair the same day & even came to us to do the repairs. Malid the technician was Awesome. He was very nice & polite. He replaced the window in 20 minutes! That was incredible. It gets even better, he cleaned the window to perfection & then topped it off with a quick detail of the inside of the car. Wow, I was not expecting that at all. Malid is definitely an asset to the company & has my vote for employee of the year! I will referr Atlas to everyone & give them my 100% approval! Thanks Atlas & Malid for all you did!
