Sam, the owner, is not an honest man. He will cheat, charge higher prices and he will tell lies to get you to buy his services. Please read my entire review. From my experience today I would not deem him as someone to trust with your vehicle. Today I called before I went and asked him how much was it for a brake repair. He said $99 for two tires with a one year warranty. My usual mechanic around the corner charges about $40 for this service (J and A Truck and Auto Repair, however he only has certain business hours due to another job) and you purchase your own brakes. Because my mechanic wasnt open today I said Ill try Sams from their ratings and from when my husband chose to go there to do his inspection. Sam said the brakes were included in the $99 price, but the 1 year warranty was for only for if the brakes broke and not for wear and tear. He said if a customer comes back a few months later, there would be no warranty if they had the same problem, they would need to pay the same price, $99 if the brakes were having trouble again for wear and tear. Then I asked him how long do brakes usually last and he lied to me and told me 2-3 years, when I just had this wear and tear problem with my brakes 5 months ago. I still decided to give him a chance and said maybe Im paying for the service and the $99 will be worth it and it might last a little longer. When I went in his office to look over the paperwork he asked me to sign before I let his mechanics work on my car, there was a difference from the price he explained to me on the paper. When I asked him if he could clarify it for me, he said "Read it, its english." I decided not to do stay any longer , he opened the door and told his mechanics, "Get it out , just get it out" right in front of me. No respect for me at all. I left but before I did, I said to him that his attitude was not right for business. He said to me "you should call first next time so you dont waste your time" when I did call and spoke to him and he told me the price and about the warranty which he did not advertise properly. Please treat yourself right and go somewhere where someone values your dollar and will provide you with respect, good prices, and quality service. I would not deem this business a trustworthy one. ***MISDIAGNOSED MY VEHICLE*** I have a 2010 Nissan that was losing power so my brother took it to SAM based on the Google reviews. He charged $79.99 to diagnose which was reasonable. I spoke with him a while later and he said that nothing was wrong with my car. REALLY???????? I explained more about the problems I had with a car so then he decides to do another test. DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! SAM SAYS ITS MY FUEL PUMP and the quote was more than the NISSAN dealership. I was floored because it was a lot of money. I told my dad who called SAM and my dad got the labor cost lowered (I DONT KNOW WHY HE DIDNT OFFER ME THE SAME DEAL) and my dad purchased a USED FUEL PUMP. I had a buddy drop me off to get my car and as I was driving I noticed MY CAR WAS DOING THE SAME THING. I called Sam immediately and he said because I purchased a used fuel pump he couldnt do anything about it. I TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD THAT, BUT HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER FOR ME TO COME BACK TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE CAR. HE WAS SO COLD AND HEARTLESS, but hey its just business RIGHT. About a few minutes later, I GOT HIT BY A CAR BECAUSE THE CAR WAS DOING THE SAME THING AND DIDNT WANT TO GO. Car was towed to Nissan and IT WAS MY TRANSMISSION. So, SAM IT WASNT THE FUEL PUMP AFTERALL IT WAS MY CVT TRANMISSION. Its better to say you dont know than to assume. It would be nice to give me my 79.99 back for the misdiagnosis. I have the report from Nissan if you need to see it and take notes.

It usually takes me about a week after getting my car serviced to write a review typically because I want to make sure that there are no issues. Since a week has passed here we go..... Im usually skeptical about taking my car to get serviced generally because of shady mechanics, however this is my second time taking my car to Sams auto repair shop. The last time he fixed my air conditioner, he did an excellent job by the way. This time I came in for a performance tuneup, since I havent had any issues you could very well say that they do great work and the prices are reasonable too!

I am so glad I found Sam. He fixed our old truck and got us up and rolling like brand new again. I would recommend him to anybody needing work, big or small. Im skeptical about shops because of horrible past experiences with getting over charged and poor work, but thats NOT the case here. Sam is honest and has reasonable prices. I wont trust anyone else with any of my vehicles. Thanks Sam!

Sam and his mechanics provide great service and will show and explain the problems with your vehicle. I will definitely keep coming back. Sam auto repair is my go to repair shop. Im back today Sept 7th to my ac compressor replaced. If you have any problems with your vehicle sam is the perfect place to go. I never had any problems.

Robert/ Sam Auto Repair has been a big help with getting my vehicle fixed. This vehicle belongs to my late auntie may she RIP. So I dont want to lose it. And I cant afford a new one at this time. Went there to get my brakes done and I had a great experience. I met with Sam and he was nice enough to drive me home and pick me up during the service. Price was very reasonable and service and timeliness was top notch. I will definitely be going back there and Im so happy I found a trustworthy mechanic in my area.

Needed a lot of work done on my car and Sam and his crew did a great job. Took some extra time due to some bad luck on an ordered part but they took care of it at no extra cost to me and now my car runs and sounds like it did years ago. Will be bringing my other car there as well when it needs work.
