8/18/17 Im very thankful for Robbie he was very understanding and resolved my issue with their establishment. I truly did love the body work from day one. My previous review had one star and the reason was stated below. Robbie reached out to me and made things right. I really appreciate the level of professionalism of this man. I never expected a call nor to have my colognes replaced. I am more than pleased, and if you talk to the right guy things will work out for you. Will definitely return to use their services if ever needed! They did great job on the body work. The disappointing fact is that they have untrustworthy employees. Someone went as far as to go in my glove box and stole three colognes from my car. Mind you the only area damaged on my car was the rear left side with minimal damage. They had no reason to be all in my car like that. I guess since they have this policy that says not to leave any valuable in ur car then its open season to steal if a paying customer happens to over look something. And the manager he is quick to brush you and your concern off. I thought this was a good location to take my car to i was better off taking it to a ghetto shop that has more decency and trustworthy employees! Thanks but no thanks.

UPDATE!! 7/11/2017: Rob who manages both locations gave me a call with a very sincere apology and was able to resolve the issue! I am more than pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that he handled this unfortunate situation with. Thanks for your stellar customer service! As much as I would love to leave a great review I simply cannot given my experience. I accidentally left a pair of Beats headphones in the middle console of my car while being repaired and they were stolen. My car was only at the shop 1 day. When I returned to ask had anyone seen them I was simply told "thats why we ask you to take your personal belongings out, theres nothing I can do about that" meanwhile in strolls a parts delivery guy with my exact headphones around his neck. I ask the manager there about it and he simply laughs. I would just say be careful; the manager says he is new so I would imagine he isnt familiar with the great reputation this shop has in offering solutions and customer satisfaction!

I got in a pretty bad accident in my Lexus (it was not my fault), but it caused approximately $15,000 worth of damage as it was practically totalled. Well, the other drivers insurance decided to try and fix the car rather than total it out, so through word of mouth I heard River Oaks Paint and Body was the BEST place to take my car to. So, I chose them and I AM SO VERY HAPPY I DID. They did a great job on my car. I was so worried because of the amount of damage the wreck caused, but my car looked brand new and drove better than it did before! I was amazed and have continued to take my cars to this body shopfor any and all repairs, check-ups, etc., because I ALWAYS get great results and have never been unsatisfied. Trust me, you wont be either! Not to mention their staff is extremely polite and helpful and the office is beautiful!

After about six weeks of badgering this shop to return my phone call and provide me updates, I finally received the only two proactive communications from the shop manager through text message. The first was that my car was not going to be ready on time. The second came a couple days later was to let me know that again my car was not going to be ready on time. When I got my car, it mostly looks good except for the gap in my rear quarter panel, my door ajar light being on and a scratched window tinting that was not there before I brought it to the shop. I dont think this is a disreputable shop but I do think that they are too busy to have a quality experience, good communication or complete work.

I had my E350 Coupe repaired after a collision, I was hit in the drivers side rear panel. River Oaks did such an excellent job, you couldnt tell the car had ever been damaged. Six months later when I happened to sit in the backseat I noticed the headliner around the rear side window (at the repair site) had some discoloration. In addition, the trim had pulled away in one small spot from the headliner. I dropped by the shop one day, spoke with Mr Tim OKeefe who said that he would have the issues taken care of. Fifteen minutes later I pulled away from shop with the issues resolved. In my book, that is excellent customer service.

I went to get my bumper scratch fixed yesterday, My experience with them was great! Shannon Carrier (I hope I spell his name correct) was nice and professional, he was very efficient too. I drove in during the lunch time and everything was completed by the end of the day. He made sure every spot was polished and touch up. I was very happy and impressed. Shannon was just great! Thank you Shannon!

These guys are great! Professional, personable, reliable. Ive used them (unfortunately) too many times over the years. The latest was last week when I realized my trunk was leaking. They quickly determined that the problem was the result of previous work theyd done, and arranged for a rental car and made the repairs absolutely free of charge. I recommend them HIGHLY!

We had to take our wagon 3 times to get the paint and job right, and at the end my car has 3 spots of glue or paint that wont come off but im just done with them, they left finger prints in the interior of my car ( which i had to bring my car back to have it cleanned the first time, then the paint color didnt match, ) very expensive for the quality of the job,
