I have a great experience with this shop. They did a great job on my car. Then about 10 days later I noticed that the electronic lock of the door which they fixed was not working when I press the key. When I came back to the shop manager Glen assured me not to worry and that he would take care of everything without cost to me. He immediately ordered a new actuator and replaced the old one in one day. I highly recommend this shop for your body work. Excellent customer service.

I would recommend Milstead Collision for any repair or body work. My experience was pleasant throughout the process, from estimate through the body repair, and pick up. My vehicle was even ready one day early. The staff is courteous, congenial, and competent. It is a pleasure to do business with the Milstead team.
