This is my first ever review. Ever! My experience was so bad that I feel it is my duty to warn the public about this place. Never have I had such a terrible experience. My advise is if you have a BMW take it to a BMW shop for repairs. I got in a wreck in 2014 and took my car to this shop (a mistake I am still paying for). A door had to be replaced among other things. First of, they ordered the wrong door (which should have been a sign for me to run). And then when they did fix the car it just resulted in all sorts of issues. They literally glued the parking sensors on, painted over the sensors and every time we take the window up now there is a black streak. They also missed a lot of the issues completely and whats worse they took over 3 weeks to fix my car after promising 5 days. Long story short, I had to take my car to BMW last week and pay thousands of dollars just to have them fix all the problems these guys caused. Do not take your vehicle here! If I could give a negative star rating I would with pleasure.

I respectfully disagree with the negative review. Master Auto does excellent work on all brands of vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, other foreign made vehicles and U.S. domestic autos. I would go to them first before going to a dealer for that personal touch and help with design. Their work on my vintage Ford and vintage Mercedes (that was wrecked) as well as some vintage cars which belong to my mechanic are jaw dropping. Looks brand new. They can strip a car body down to nothing and custom build it back to your spec. They also work on high performance race cars that have to be perfect. And if you dont like the work a merchant does talk to them about it just like we did in the days before there was such a thing as the internet.

I have gotten my convertible BMW repaired here several times over the years, and each time I get it back its better than before. I had one accident with front damage and when I got it back the car looked and drove like when I bought it new - the steering and suspension were actually noticeably better than before my accident. I recently got rear-ended at an angle and they have done a spectacular job with the body and mechanics. Their attention to detail and quality is undeniable, and I could not be happier with the work that they do.

I had a minor problem happening with my upholstery that had been installed at Helfman Jeep. I we t there to get help and they kept sending me down the road to the next guy with no one helping me. I finally ended up at Master Collision and Victor figured out the problem in 30 seconds and had it fixed in 5 mins. Then when my airbag light came on, he ran the diagnostic machine on it to find the problem. All this with a handshake and a smile. If you want personal service, go here. Thanks Victor! I really owe you.

After looking around town for places that would do some upholstery work. They not only had the best prices but I was blown away by their service. Spoke with the owner during the week and he was very informative. Brought my car in on a saturday and not only did they fix it, they gave me a ride to and from. Hands down best service anywhere. I will be bringing my car back here for whatever needs it may have. This is a true car shop that cares about its customers...

Had a tear in almost new leather seat covers on my Lexus. Searched everywhere for someone to repair. Could not find anyone with the factory leather until I called Master Auto. They had the material and did a professional job replacing part of the cover. Impossible to tell that it was repaired. Also a whole lot cheaper than going to a dealer for replacement. Would recommend Master Auto to anyone. Thanks Victor, Bill

Their shop doesnt look like much, and theyre in a low-rent neighborhood, but thats all good, as far as Im concerned. Low overhead translates into low prices for customers. On top of that, their work is top-notch, and their customer service is excellent. Lots of high-end luxury cars in their lot too, indicating that even the picky lux car owners are happy doing business there. I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my Audi from the shop, great work and a great overall experience here. From the get-go they were very straightforward with the work that needed to be completed and then getting me a great price for what needed to be done. The quality of the work done also looks top notch. I will tell anyone who needs paint work to get it done here and should I ever need it again I will be back as well.

Best experience ever in what is almost always a pocketbook killer and inconvenience. They restored my candy apple red Mini Cooper to brand new!! And they were professional, personal, caring, attentive, and proud of the work they did. Best experience ever at a very fair price. I cannot recommend these guys enough - travel to get there for your body work if you must - I promise you wont be sorry!!!

In fifteen minutes they fixed my leaking roof *for free* even though they were close to closing time. I had clogged sunroof drain lines and in less than fifteen minutes they showed me the problem, told me what they were going to do, did that (fixing it), and then proved that theyd fixed it. Their minimum charge is $65, so they didnt even charge me. Awesome customer service.

Four times I have had to have body or upholstery work done. Four times these people have done fantastic work with fantastic service...going way beyond just the ordinary. The body work has matched the original so closely it is impossible to tell the cars had ever been damaged. I have also referred three neighbors/friends for work who are just as pleased.

I have to say I have never had a more flawlessly perfect experience dealing with anyone in the car industry. Not only were they prompt in making my appointment they had a professionalism that is rarely ever seen in todays world. The prices were quite reasonable. Any future needs I know where my car will be going!!!

I have taken my car to this body shop twice and both times they have been very profession and friendly. They go the extra mile to make sure the insurance company pays for everything and they even did some extra work on my car. This is my first review. This body shop deserves high accolades for their work.

You will not find a better place for body work or upholstery I have had experiences with both these guys are 100% total professionals. Dont bother going elsewhere if you can go here instead. I wish other businesses would take some lessons on long term customer service. I am a customer for life

These guys are honest and they did an excellent job on my corolla.. My car was rear ended and suffered pretty heavy damage but they made it look like brand new.. they also replaced my right fender for free even though it was damaged in a previous accident.. Highly recommend!!
