**AS THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER STIPULATED, 0 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE!** Supposedly a "valued partner" with my insurance company, but their work and customer service was surely not to the same level that my insurance company prides itself on! Caliber did fix the body damage but the poor work was in the details and customer service! When we took delivery of the vehicle the sunroof would not work, the blinkers were not working, the dome lights were not working and the seatbelt would not retract. Plus I was told the battery needed to be replaced, although it was working before it was taken to Caliber! (It was concluded to be an unfortunate "coincident") The hood was terribly misaligned, although fixed upon return. The major problems came when I brought all this to their attention and they wouldnt cover anything I listed without the dealer tracing it back to the accident or them. YES! They stated, even though they were the last ones to touch my vehicle, a 3rd party had to verify my concerns before they would fix anything. It took me getting my insurance company involved to simply have them try to fix any of the issues. Meanwhile, me, the individual, is stuck between 2 corporations pointing fingers at each other and I am the only one without my vehicle. Therefore, I took it to the dealer, which I am currently paying for a rental out of my own pocket for all of this to be done. The Dealer has found the headliner to be broken and cannot be properly reinstalled and the wiring harness in the headliner was severely mangled. I am in the process of waiting for someone from Caliber to approve the repairs, which has been 3 days now... **It should also be noted that, my dealer (VW), reported to have had this problem several other times from Caliber with regards to VWs and there was actually another one sitting in the shop as well waiting for approval. All in all, I wish I would have taken it to the dealer rather than Caliber! Never Again!

Worst service ever. If 0 were possible that would definitely be my rating. Never received any calls to tell me what was going on. My car was in the shop for a month, and I got to pick it up. I was so excited to get my car back! Until I looked at it and realized the half of the stuff still wasnt fixed. I picked it up on Friday and she asked me if I would mind bringing it back on Monday, so I did. They then had my car for a week and a half and I went to go pick my car up to find out that the front fog lights, and rear tail light still had not been fixed. And all though the lights were no longer on my dashboard right when I picked it up they popped up five miles later. Lee was not helpful at all, and neither was the manager I spoke to when I informed him that Lee had not called me once in that month and a half. She just now asked for my number even after I called her and made sure she had it. Im supposed to be taking my car back next week, hopefully third times a charm?

I was hit by someone that rad a red light. Through the other drivers insurance (Travelers) I was able to drop off my damaged car and pick up a rental car from enterprise all in the same building. My car was repaired in about 7 business days. Quality work and a little beyond. One of my headlights was new and one old. They took extra time to buff the old as best they could. That was a nice surprise as the old headlight was not damaged in the accident and Im sure they could have just left it. Only thing I found wrong was one of my Toggle switches I installed myself was broken. I can buy a new one for $3 at auto-zone and install it in 30 seconds. So no biggie. Thanks to Henry and all the people who worked on my car!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! One of the worst customer service experiences of my life!!! It took them 2 weeks to tell me that they would not repair my car with the full coverage of the person who hit my car. They demanded that i pay extra, & i refused!! I ended taking my car to a competitor who i truly appreciated for being there to simplify the insurance claim & repair process for me (without the added costs). I only went to CC because the insurance company recommended doing so (Bad idea!!).. Id recommend reviewing the alternatives before subjecting yourself to the unforeseen delays, surprise expenses, arrogance, incompetence & overall insulting nature of the CC staff.

They took over a month to repair my car when they had initially said it would take 2 weeks. They never communicated with me. I had to keep calling to check on progress. Once I picked it up, a few days later a storm came in and to my surprise water was all over my dashboard. I went and had it fixed. So I thought, now 2 months later, there is water inside of my car again from another area. They obviously didnt do it right the first or second time. Makes me wonder what else they didnt fix right. Very annoying and frustrating. I have a 2 yr. Old, I am 8 months pregnant, and they had my car for over a month! I dont have time for this nonsense!

I had some questions about forms they wanted me to sign and the tech immediately started talking about doing repairs that were outside of insurance coverage that I would have to pay for out of pocket and repossession of my vehicle. Then the tech had the audacity to tell me I could talk to his boss because he could tell "this wasnt going to work." He shuffled off tho his boss office so I followed to let them know they had wasted my time. This is on top of a receptionist that had no idea what was going on. They threw out so many red flags of incompetence I chose to do business elsewhere.

This place is garbage. If theres any review you take into account, let it be this one. They said they would call me on Wednesday, and of course, they didnt. I still hadnt heard from them until I called them on thursday and they told me they would call me back. Again, they didnt. I called them again and they told me my car was ready. I go to their shop and my car WAS NOT ready. I am sitting in their lobby as I type this, having my time wasted yet again by these fools. Dont ever go here.

0 stars isnt an option - Caliber Collision didnt pay Enterprise for the rental on the warranty work on my car (which, if it hadnt been shoddy work 2 years earlier, wouldnt have necessary), They tried to say that the water standing in my car was from an engine problem and not from a leak in the roof. I had the car checked - all was well. Do not trust anything that comes out of Leighs mouth - she is a liar and a fraud. She will NOT return your calls.

Wonderful team in Spring TX. They performed great body work where they reworked the metal, and made the car look new. Also, there was a problem with the alignment, and their representative worked very hard to resolve and eventually did. When there was an accidental scratch done on my car, they fixed it, and even buffed out some scratches I had caused. Very professional team. Thanks for the great service Lee!!
