A waste of a perfectly good day! After waiting patiently for my appointment date and taking the day off work to make it happen, I was literally sat down and told they could not service my vehicle because it is a Geico claim. I thought they were joking at first. Who doesnt service Geico? I have the right to choose where I take my car for repairs, so I asked Geico if I could take my car to this business. They said absolutely! So today, I had the CHECK IN HAND to pay for it, but they outright refused to do anything with it, stating that Geico requires a second estimate mid-service and they have to wait "sometimes 22+ days" for the adjuster to come out to them. When I called Geico (very upset), a high level manager got on the phone and told me that is a lie, and they have "never taken more than a few days respond to any of their requests for adjustments". The real problem is the way this was handled. I made the appointment over a week ago, and I gave them the insurance name at the time of scheduling. No one could be bothered to let me know they do not work with my insurance nor that there would be a 22 day wait. The manager approached me as I was on the phone with the insurance trying to sort it out, and he interrupted me to let me know his thoughts about Geico. He was condescending and unprofessional with me instead of being solution-oriented. My advice to this manager: If you are going to refuse customers with certain insurance providers, YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THIS BEFORE SCHEDULING THEM. Respect your customers time and loyalty to your business instead of treating them like a joke. The customer is not to blame for your bad experiences with insurance companies, so dont be rude to us because you dont like our insurance company! The manager at S.K. said he is not responsible for his schedulers... among a myriad of other pathetic excuses I heard from these guys, so I drove my car to the next nearest Service King, and they rearranged their schedule to see me today and did so with helpful, friendly attitudes.

Completely terrible!!! Avoid AT ALL COSTS!!! I had repairs done on a 2009 Hyundai Accent, the damage was on the front end from hydroplaning into the back of a parked car at an intersection. First off, they didnt use Hyundai parts to replace what was actually broken in the car, completely voided my warranty in terms of genuine parts. They only use OEM parts on the body of the car and thats really useful! *sarcasm*. THEY PUT THE WRONG AXLE ON MY CAR!!! THEY LEFT A CRACKED CV JOINT ON MY RIGHT SIDE!!! The paint job on the hood twice now after repairs from different incidents, has started chipping within 6 months... I literally had to threaten the service supervisor on the phone with my insurance company (Allstate) with a lawsuit. Allstate also in coercion with Service King did nothing in this affair to defend me in my claims that they had failed to repair the vehicle to operable means and said that I would be liable for purchasing a new Axle. After, this and going back to the dealership 5-6 times within a month to find out that the TPMS system would not register because the axle was off by an inch. Magically after I threatened Allstate and Service King with a lawsuit in a conference call, they decided to go ahead and repair the axle. I could literally write an entire article on the fraud of the Allstate Service King connection. I didnt even want to write the review but after driving this car and dealing with the terrible job they did everyday I was fed up and had to say something. If anyone else experiences situations similar to this, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, RECORD CONVERSATIONS, GET PAPERWORK, GET STATEMENTS, GET A SIGNED STATEMENT FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP SHOWING THE PARTS ADDED IN YOUR VEHICLE ARE NOT GENUINE AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND FILE A LAWSUIT DO NOT WAIT LIKE I DID.

If I could I would give this company negative stars. If anyone give positive stars, you need to have your cars examined internally. Our Prius was rear ended on the frwy by a SUV hauling a trailor full of musical amps. going 60 mph. in traffic at a dead stop. The guys insurance was USAA, and they pushed for Service King (prev. D&D Collision). We took the car there, unfortunately. They took a week, said the car was fixed w/only a little over $2,000 worth of damage(??) and sent us on our way. The first large rain, our car FLOODED inside. So we went back to Service King. Their repair?? Weather stripping... Again, we continued to have issues with moisure inside the car and hatchback issue. We took it back a 3rd time. They told us they did a "rain test" and found "Nothing", (and that they just readjusted the hatchback a third time). So we took the car to "Toyota" and Toyota immediately took off the bumper and back end off and revealed what??? That the bumper and back end was NEVER FIXED, Nor was the Hatchback which had been dented in the crash!! This company is a complete FRAUD. We have the paperwork and pictures as proof via Toyota, as does USAA insurance who had to reopen the claim. They masked the whole repair and rip off the insurance company and consumer. Best of luck to anyone taking your car there.

This group is incredible. Quality work, professional people and a superior product to about any other body shop out there. They always do what they say they will and are incredibly quick at making the repairs. Each team member is trained appropriately to take care of the customers, but I must give particular kudos to Tammy Philips and Dustin Grimes. Dustin recently helped me with a claim and went out of his way to resolve the situation to my benefit. Not only did he take great care of the paint job, but even took the time to call me on the day that I was to pick up the car to warn me of a bad truck accident near his shop that was backing up traffic! What shop dedicates themselves to making sure a customer’s time isn’t wasted? Service King does. Theyve always taken great care of my vehicles during unfortunate situations and have never failed to exceed my highest expectations. Thank you, Tammy, Dustin and team at Service King for always taking great care of my family and I. I wish every business in America had the customer service and exhibited the quality that Service King does. Best. Body. Shop. Ever!

Just careless customer service and liar & cheater. Took my car to them because AllState prefered. They did the repair but sure enough after a month started giving problems. Took my car again and they started giving me bogous reasons by saying this is another impact. And on top of it when I asked to not work the cosmetics but just the mechanical they started lying by saying I do not get to choose what to repair. Also, "Your insurance does not allow such repair. Your policy states that we have to repair everything!" While I have talked to my insurance and they are completely okay to not do the cosmetic repair as that is just a look of a scratch plus saves money. When I informed them so, they abondoned my car without informing me. I have to find out hard way that I have to pickup my car as they are not going to repair after ten days. I took my car to Honday dealer and car was fix with new replacements SAME DAY! Go figure! Even the adjustor (insurance) and honda staff recognized that the oroginal repair was not done right therefore this problem. There was no second impact.
