i got 3 other estimates before coming to Woodlands Body Shop. Not only did they give me a great price but the repair was just perfect. My car looks brand new. And then they did something that will forever make me love them and never take my cars anywhere else. So my initial repair was on the drivers door. The trim piece had partially come off and the bottom of the door was pushed in as I had apparently run over something. Not sure how that happened but whatever. They quoted me a price which was more than fair and I took my car in. What we didnt talk about was a thin scratch about 2" long on the outside of the 2nd row door, also on the drivers side. Every time I got in the car I noticed it and hated it because I love my car and want it to look nice but I knew it would be $$ to fix it so I never mentioned it. Freakin Woodlands body shop FIXED IT FOR FREE!!! They must have repainted that door too because that scratch is GONE!! Seriously!? Who does that??! Thank you Woodlands Body Shop! You guys are awesome! And I should emphasize when I said the price was more than fair: 1st estimate: $1990, 2nd and 3rd estimates in the $900 range, Woodlands Body Shop? $582.19.

My Ford was damaged in a parking lot (two panels and a headlight), and after speaking with the other drivers insurer, I had to find a place to have the work done. Im somewhat new to the area and saw the great Google reviews for this place. On my first visit, they did an estimate and emailed it to me right then so I could forward it to my contact at the insurer. As soon as the insurer sent them the check, they got my car into the shop. The job took a few days, and toward the end, they let me know they could also fix some old body damage on my drivers door for a reasonable cost, since they had to paint the panel anyway. I couldnt drop the funds, so I denied. However, when I picked up the car, to my surprise, theyd gone ahead and fixed the old dent on my door. Also, the interior had been cleaned, the exterior had been washed, and they told me to come back if I had any issues. Five months later, the bodys still looking good. Solid work, very friendly service.

10 out of 5 stars!! The Woodlands Body Shop was absolutely incredible to me. After being completely scammed by Service King, I was extremely wary of any body shop but I desperately needed work done on my car. Taking it in to Marco was the best decision I could have made. They took a trunk that was completely screwed up (mostly from Service King, mind you) and transformed it into a brand new beauty, all for half of what I was initially quoted from two other body shops. Oh, AND it was done in 3 days!!!! It had taken 3 days just to get an estimate from the other shops, and these guys had everything done in the same amount of time! Take your vehicle to Woodlands Body Shop, you wont regret it. They treat their customers like family and it shows through their work and service.

Be warned, they are by appointment only on Saturday. So unless youve spoken with someone, dont assume theyll be there. That being said, they do great work and provide excellent customer service. Marco Franco is a gentleman and very pleasant to deal with. My car got messed up pretty bad in an accident (08 Nissan Xterra) and The Woodlands Body Shop did a great job repairing it. It looks (and DRIVES!) better than before the accident. Once they take the "Open Saturday, 9am - noon" off of their window and website, this is a 5-star review. Really great work.

I appreciate that Marco gave me a fair price and was completely honest with me about the work that needed to be done and the cost of parts, which I checked. He also showed me pictures of the damages on phone and the actual damaged part that needed replacing. Also, I was able to conveniently co-ordinate all of the logistics and scheduling by phone/text, and best of all, he did an outstanding job fixing my car and just before the holidays too! I know I will come back for his service if, God forbid, I should ever need it again.

They may not boast the fancy customer amenities that other shops in the area have but they will fix your car right and for a good price. They shoulder the burden of negotiating with your insurance company and the work they did on my car looks as good as new. And I was rear-ended, pushed into the car in front of me so both front and back needed work. Theyre fair, friendly and even came to pick me up at my house when my car was ready! Drop off your car here with confidence.

I took my van there to get some minor body work repaired and Marco went above and beyond to make it look AWESOME. He gave me a quote and was honest about what would need to replaced and what could be repaired. NO hidden surprises. I dropped it off and in one day he was calling me telling me they was completed. When I picked it up I was VERY PLEASED at the workmanship of the repair. I would HIGHLY refer anyone to go by Woodlands Auto Body and get their cars repaired.

I was hit stopped on a traffic light, and their insurance company was he worst insurance company in the market. We selected WBS for the convenient location and high reviews in the Woodlands community. They assisted in the interface with the insurance company and did an excellent work repairing my car, it looks like new again! Thanks Roel and Marco for the excellent work and customer service!

they fixed my car after an accident,helped with smoothing out the rental with enterprise down the street. But returned my car with an extra dent on the opposite side of the accident damage. when I pointed it out, The owner did not try to pass the buck, they fixed it free of charge. My advise take pictures of all angles at drop off, just to have peace of mind.

Robert at Woodlands Body Shop is terrific! My (brand new driving) 16 year old, slid a box across the trunk of her new car and caused some damage to the paint. She took it to Robert who was extremely professional, polite, efficient, and took great care of everything! It looks brand new and took no time at all! I will never go anywhere else!

Service was great. There was an issue where they put on some very crappy looking pin striping where some of the damage was and I was very unhappy. Took it up for the manager to look at, and he got it fixed properly in a good time frame. They did outstanding body work, and were able to match my paint perfectly.

I stopped by to get a quote and ended up speaking with the owner who was super helpful and friendly. Because of the great customer service and price, I ended up leaving my SUV to get the work done. When I picked up my SUV, I was amazed out how great it looked. Two thumbs up and a big thanks from me!!!
